Affordable comfort”
It was overall a pleasant experience staying at Bestindo Home. The apartment rooms were clean and cozy. There was also a fully functional kitchenette which enabled me to cook full meals. The bathroom was very small though. The space utilization could be improved by removing the water bucket as well as shower curtain. Having a water heater installed would also benefit guests.

great location but small rooms”
I enjoyed the break in Bestindo even just overnight. rooms are clean and tidy with adequate facilities. However, I regretted that there was no hot water for showers. I came to the hotel there until the evening so no shower in the cold. Hotel location is quite strategic in the city center so easy to locate the hotel and look for culinary around the hotel. For a very short visit, I really enjoyed the stay dibestindo and at the next opportunity I will meginap in bestndo back when me and my needs in jakarta.

Its an apartment with a good security”
Very close to airport bus terminal. Once arrive at Soekarno-Hatta airport just get Damri (shuttle bus) from airport to Bekasi. You may stop at Kayuringin bus stop or terminal and get ojek (motorcycle taxi) or becak (tricycle) to get in to the hotel. Or if you have time it just take 15 minutes on foot to the hotel. The security is good. Only autorize person can go in to the hotel room otherways you need to be escorted. There is a small kitchen in the room so you can cook whatever you like.

Good location for shopping and food”
The room is clean and not small, it also include the kitchen. The only bad is the toilet, this is tooooo small and dont have hot water for shower. May be indonesia is too hot for them. The apartment is near the shopping center but need to walk for 10 minutes. You can find food easily around. But the transport is not very good. The only way is calling taxi. Thia area is not near the industry area, and insides the apartment have some small shops and small garden

Strategic location,clean rooms but terrible toilet”
Nice place, very comfortable/homey, equipped with air cond, refrigerator, water dispenser, eating utensils, nice kitchen, rooms are not too small, easy to go everywhere (eg: find local food, shopping, close to the bus station to the airport). unfortunately, hard to find parking and the space of the road in apartment area is too small (there's double parking in the left and right side of the main road), small toilet, no hot water, and stagnant water in toilet.

We really enjoyed our stay here, friendly atmosphere, great rooms, even came with kitchen and fridge! If you want a cheap apartment that offers the same as an expensive one, this is definitly the go! Only downside would be the bathroom, was a little cluttered with shower, bath bucket and toilet all crammed in, but still bigger than many others i've seen!

Came in late but the staff waited till almost midnight. Easy access. nearby the main road. Good for just a day or two. apartment-like. Toilets are too small though.

The room / condominium is located in a large building with many private users but this don't disturb. Cleaning crew come daily and do properly his job. Big minus, no Internet LAN or WiFi. You get a parking card but senseless because no parking are free, ca. 60 % cars wihtout "important parking" sticker as the guard say; this care seldom or never moive, we guess they park for bribe. Combination shower/toilet is separated by a glass door. if door closed you can't sit on toilet .... no space even for the knee and have no bidet water to clean ass. Very close few larg shopping center with nice restaurant inside.

at first, i assumed that the place is far from anywhere. but, it is really near cyber park, so it is not hard to find the place. the place is nice and clean. for a budget stay, i think this place is useful.

good location but small parking space”
the room was clean and well organized despite of its small space.(5x6m2) but the bathroom is too small.. the air conditions were not cool enough, needed to be fixed. the parking space was not big enough that we had to park outside the area. overall, my stay there was quite ok.

Simple apartment room”
The room is apartment style with 2 rooms. It's okay for short stay, air con was good, not water heater though. It has stove and rice cooker too. Bed not so comfortable, but overall it's okay.

good and functional room, except shower/toilet, impossible to sit down normal. Even large parking field no parking available. Reception friendly and helpful.

Good for short stay, but don't expect hotel class”
I book the bigger unit, it came with 1 queen bed room and 1 single bed room. Bed springs were really spoilt, it sank when sat on and could feel the spring. Upon entering the unit, smell was unpleasant. They provided stove and rice cooker and water dispenser, but i didn't bother to use any of them
