Beautiful hotel with a great little gem of a restaurant”
We loved the Beverly Hills Plaza. The hotel was convenient to Wilshire Avenue and Santa Monica—only a short cab or Uber to everything these areas offer. We used the pool and hot tub and found everything, including our suite, to be spotless. On the last night of our stay we were debating where to go for dinner and decided to try the small restaurant in the hotel. We are so glad we did. We had an amazing dinner of salmon, spinach and an assortment of veggies. Reasonably priced (for the area) and so convenient for road weary travelers. We will stay at the Beverly Hills Plaza on our next visit to LA.
Very comfortable with easy access to Beverly Hill”
This was probably the best quality/ price hotel that i could find in close proximity to Beverly Hills (for shopping and restaurants). The reception was very smart with friendly and helpful staff. I ordered room service for breakfast but the dining area looked nice with both an indoor and outdoor area (although the outdoor area is next to a relatively large road). My room was very comfortable and spacious (junior suite). The pool also looked lovely and they had lots of facilities e.g. hairdresser and gym (although I did not use!). My only criticisms would be that the common parts are a bit outdated and the hotel seems like a bit of a maze! Also the hotel is just off a big road, although this was not an issue once I was inside the hotel.
Great stay- would stay again!”
Our stay at Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel was great. The staff were more than helpful and very knowledgable. Our only issue was the access to your rooms if you stay in the west wing as there is a lift to get the second level however the hotek is built over other split levels and this can be quite painful when you have alot of bags. Also, we were on the 'second' level meaning there were floors above us and this was quite loud. It sounded like there was elephants above us at all times. The room also had adjoiningh access which therefore meant we were only separated by a door with the room next door. For one night there was an infant and toddler in there which made it quite loud. We understand being in a hotel these things can't often be helped but we were on the end of our honeymoon and this was a little annoying. The hotel, staff and it's facilities are otherwise great and we would definitely stay there again. You are literally 2 blocks down the road from 'The Beverly Hilton'.
Pleasant hotel with good location”
The hotel is easily located in the heart of Beverly Hills / West Hollywood area. As expected, it is better to have your own transportation (rental car, etc) when you visited Los Angeles. Overall, was a pleasant stay.
Comfortable Classy Hotel in a Nice Part of Town”
Me and my wife were visiting LA and I wanted to pick a nice part of town that wasn't to busy. The hotel was exactly what we were after. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities there were also pretty good. The room was a bit small but comfortable and was actually self contained (had a small kitchen but we didn't end up using it!). Room service prices were also surprisingly reasonable. A word of warning for anyone booking, remember this is in a quiet part of town. If that's what you're after then this is the hotel for you. If you want to have action outside your doorstep this may not be the hotel for you.
Nice place wont dissapoint”
Very grand hotel entrance and great staff. Nice internal courtyard space with a pool. Lovely waterfall and garden between some room wings. Great room with nice fittings and fixtures. Bathroom was a little small, definitely not enough room for two in there. Was a little way out of Beverley Hills on the way to Santa Monica, but only a 10 minute cab to Rodeo Drive.
Affordable price hotel with a good location ”
We were looking at West Hollywood area during our stay in Los Angeles, and found this affordable price hotel listed at Agoda. Read some reviews, and decided to book for 4 nights at this hotel. And it turns out ok. The room is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
Beverly Hills Plaza”
We booked at the last minute due to a family emergency. We had no idea what to expect. We were delighted and would definitely stay there any tine we needed to go to Los Angeles. It was great!
great”
Hotel was great. Our problem is priceline booking engine. We have been using priceline off and on for 5 or 6 years and have finally come to unrefutible conclusion that when you use priceline you are recognized and given the worst location and sometimes substandard room. One review of this hotel said the check in person even stated that "we always give those rooms to priceline bookings. Those rooms being 2 rooms with 3 flights of stairs with no elevators and a view of rooftop airconditioning equiptment and main road
nice experience for our first stay in America”
very nice boutique hotel with beautiful garden, room is big, very comfortable bed, and good location close to the Beverly Hills and some shops
Amazing Staff”
The hotel is beautiful! Definitely lives up to the photos. Pool area is larger and spacious, the rooms are clean, and the staff go above and beyond! Would highly recommend
perfect location in beverly hills”
perfect location in beverly hills, but a little bit high price. restaurant is great, but also expensive.
Hotel just OK”
The bathroom is tiny, way too small. It is also not directly in Beverly Hills, the name was deceiving. For the money, the bathroom was way too tiny. No elevator to access rooms was horrible with luggage and arthritis. Was told the rooms with elevators were more $. Not accommodating. Parking is overpriced.
Great location and lovely hotel”
Very good hosting, big and confortable rooms, great and easy location, excelent cost-benefit. It is possible to park the car on the avenue in front of the hotel withouth taxs. The only problem they don´t have wireless or internet access included on the room price.
Grear location for public transport.”
We stayed in a hotel suit at the back of the hotel. It wS comfortable and suitable for us however the walls are extremely thin and we could here the neighbours. This may not be a problem is you have considerate people staying next door but we had a very load couple waking us at 1am. Credit to the staff though I called reception and they called the room immediately and the couple did quieten down a little.
Beautiful hotel but not much to do there”
After two days of trying to get the Wi Fi to work in our room (unsuccessfully), which was tucked away in what felt like a concrete bunker, we were blessed with meeting Bethany at the front desk. Prior to dealing with Bethany, the front desk staff were not very helpful or polite. Bethany went out of her way to compensate us for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a beautiful King suite, which overlooked the stunning pool area. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located in a good area but apart from the pool and the very small restaurant, there wasn't much else to see or do there. There is a gym and a Spa but no other dining/bar/entertainment options. There is a Westfield Shopping Mall within walking distance and the hotel is not very far from the main attractions on Hollywood Blv.
Excellent rooks, nice pool”
Very easy to arrive by car, get access to parking, check in. Our room(s) was very large and kept in good shape, The pool area is attractive and well kept. Our room had a kitchen unit with fridge and freezer, we used the kitchen during out stay. Friendly employees at this hotel, car in and out was easy and fast.
Good location and friendly staff”
We would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay as it is in a good area but close to other places. Would definitely recommend a car although Uber is a great alternative .As mentioned by others the parking fee is crazy but there is plenty of on street parking around the corner and the Valet and Bell guys were great. The restaurant is really quite small and it is a little disappointing that not only do they close at 9pm but room service also stops then: that’s not what I expect from a good hotel to be honest and that’s why I scored them lower on their facilities. Would I stay there again? Definitely and I’d recommend to others.
Highly recommend”
The only con is that the restaurant/bar closes by 9PM. But the food is delicious, the guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff was very helpful (they even warned me of the restaurant closing time on my way from the airport so I knew what to expect.) Highly recommend.
Good valur.Good location for Beverly Hills”
We booked here as our travel agent had quoted us to stay at this hotel. No fault of the hotels but disappointed in the location as we were between Hollywood & Santa Monica. Each day we had to catch a bus down to Santa Monica(30mins) or a Cab to Hollywood ($20) Food around hotel was out of our price range so we would travel to Santa Monica or Hollywood to eat each day. Average meal around hotel $50. Overall hotel was nice but was woken up every morning to the people aboce our rooms footsteps. If we were to visit LA again we'd stay in Santa Monica next time.
