We booked 2 rooms, then one of our room got upgraded. The staffs are friendly. We also got gifts because we stayed during the new year. Definitely will stay here again when we go to LA in the future.

We were graciously upgraded to a suite. However, there was no feel we were in a Four Seasons hotel. Bedroom very spare, had half a closet for bedroom and living area. Just not inviting. Cheap looking artwork. Lovely balcony but uncomfortable and Home Depot looking chairs. Understaffed. Took 2 minutes by phone from room to reach front desk. Very pleasant staff. Room service salad order came without 2 ingredients. They corrected that but with no extras as an apology, which IMO they should have considering they’re a five star hotel. I actually wouldn’t recommend the hotel if there were somewhere comparable to stay. Definite feeling of hotel being understaffed, probably because of Covid, but prices were the usual.

What I expected from a four seasons. Good property”
It was a memorable experience. No matter how busy the city of Los Angeles was stepping back into the hotel meant peace, calm and relaxation. And refreshing to face another LA day. Conceierge is great to get you shows in the area. Stand up comedy, plays etc.

There are beside Rodeo drive. It's very convenient plase. And it's very cleen and ni ce facilities hotel. There are two builings but my room was behind. So I couldn't watch the scenery!

Pleasant two night stay. Close proximity to Beverly Hills. Overnight parking $65/ per night. Room service provides good meals, one night the meal came burned, manager remade the meal.

You will NEVER find a hotel like this!!!! You want to be pampered, do you want to feel like you are the only person that matters to them, so you want to see what it’s like to be a Queen or King, do you want a dream vacation, then look no more!!!! The Beverly Wilshire will do all this and more!!!! This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at due to how amazing the staff is!!!! I can’t wait to come back!!!!!

とにかく快適なホテルです。 外観はそれほど奇麗ではありませんが、内部は大変奇麗。 クリスマスのときにはクリスマスツリーも飾られ、これがまた本当に奇麗です。 一年中泳ぐことができるプールもあり、これはお勧めです。 ジムも早朝から営業しており、ここではコーヒーなどのドリンクなどが提供されます。

超级舒适的房间，最舒服的床”
虽然不是最奢华的酒店但应该是让人觉得最想留下的酒店。床品非常考究名副其实的最舒适的睡眠。酒店员工热情，反应速度也非常快。提出的要求都会想办法去满足，对于周边情况也非常的了解。特别要感谢一下专业的Concierger。出门基本都是住五星级酒店，但是贝佛丽四季是唯一能给顾客带来家庭舒适感的酒店。
