The corridor wasn’t lit to save electricity. The housekeeper entered my room even though I had a Do Not Disturb. The room was sad and old. There are better value elsewhere.

Why I would stay here again”
I enjoyed much my stay at Beyond Suite Hotel.It is well located for access to the Yanhee Hospital where I was most concerned.Not a good location for hooking up with tours(need phone and internet to do...which I did use) and need to connect with tours at other hotel locations.Free use of internet was good but it needs to be monitored regularly-some negative experience here but was quickly corrected.Breakfasts were very adequate but too often the eggs were cold...some training here can easily correct this. Altogether, I would book here again under the same circumstances.The price was right.

great hotel and outstanding service”
luxury suite hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have stayed in a long time. from the moment you step thru the doors of the hotel you are greeted by helpful and friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you ie carrying bags or get a taxi for you. the junior suite room is perfect for 1 or 2 people for any length of stay. it was very comfortable and adequate for my needs. the room is very spacious and you feel like your way from home. the hotel restaurant was very nice too. they had a good selection of meals to choose from and very good value. staff in the restaurant were very friendly and eager to please you. overall i would recommend this hotel to any single, couple or family to stay. i would definitely come back and stay here again in the near future and will bring my friends with me next time. hotel is close to shops,buses, local markets and yanhee hospital was only 10 minutes walk.

Lovely hotel and helpful staffs”
First of all, i went to Bangkok to visit my girlfriend who stays a 5 minute drive away from Luxury Suite Hotel, thus I chose this hotel for my stay in Bangkok. The hotel is relatively easy to locate, its actually located just beside the road. A 7-eleven convenience store is located nearby should you need any toiletries. Did not tried the breakfast provided by them restaurant, instead I opted to call for room service. Expect a 20-30 minute drive to the city centre should you want to go shopping. But if you're looking for a quiet night, away from the bustling city centre, this hotel should be it.

New and peaceful hotel”
i had an appointment for rhinoplasty at yan hee hospital, which is just a 5 minute drive away from luxury suite hotel. after the surgery, i had a good rest in the hotel for two days before i left for pratunam to do some shopping. nice hotel, with 7-11, a 24 hrs convenience stall, and lots of roadside stalls, mostly selling cheap, delicious thai cuisine etc. however. if your main purpose in bangkok is to do some cheap wholesale shopping, there aren't any shopping centres within walking distance. if your purpose of the trip is to visit the famous yan hee hospital and recuperate or relax, luxury suite is definitely one of your top considerations.

the people of bangkok are a fantastic city of people. i have never met nicer people anywhere else in my life. the staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, courteous and welcoming. i would recommend this hotel to anyone, they cant be faulted in any way at all. well done luxury suite hotel, we would be honoured to stay at your establishment again.

Simple, good location, comfortable and luxury”
i stayed in luxury suite hotel for 1 night. i arrived at hotel at 22.00 pm. the reception has good service mind. room is a little larger than standard room in another hotel and clean. it has tv, refrigerator, hair dryer. the bathroom has a shower and rain shower but no bath tub. this hotel also has small swimming pool too. the breakfast is simple bit delicious. in conclusion, i recommend a luxury suite hotel as a good hotel.

Fabulous internet connection”
The decor of the hotel rooms didn't look great on the web, but the room itself is extremely clean and immaculate. You kinda just wanna sleep in and never go out into the hot bangkok sun. The counter & restaurent staff is lovely, trying their best to help us out although they don't speak english too well. We went to this shopping center which is about 25 min away by cab, called Tesco Lotus (we later passed by another one by the same name at central bkk & realised it must've been a chain mall or something). There's this long long stretch of street food stalls outside, which is really amazing as you can get to see the food culture of the country. The room service menu was extensive & we were spoilt for choices but we didn't get to order before room service cease for the day, so I walked to the 7-11 just about 200m to the right of the hotel & got us some instant meal, which were delicious!

Value for money”
Yanhee Hospital is within walkable distance. I Guess it's the best hotel around the vicinity. It's my second time staying in this hotel. The staffs were very helpful and friendly although their proficiency in English isn't very good. Housekeeping was very well done. Room is clean and spacious. But I find it difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower. There's a 7 eleven beside, a family Mart opposite and street foods along the street outside the hotel. Travelling to BTS station takes around half an hour via taxi, could be worse if bad traffic. A lot of taxi does not know the hotel location, but they will know where is Yanhee. So do remember to take the hotel name card at the counter. Behind the name card there's a simple map that helps the driver to know where the hotel is located. Breakfast choices very limited however it's free despite which type of room you booked so no complains regarding that.

this hotel is a great location if you are getting any surgery done at the yanhee hospital.it is only 5 to 10 minute walk which is probably quicker than catching a cab although cabs are very cheap.stayed in a junior suite which was great to recuperate in.this area is not a tourist area so english limited.staff are good,food obviously depeands on personal taste.lots ot little stalls close by that sell fresh fruite.tesco shopping mall about ten minute walk.will be staying at this hotel again.highly recommend.

Convenient to Yanhee”
I booked this hotel so my friend could stay here while looking after my little boy as I was having surgeries at Yanhee Hospital. The buffet breakfast is pretty bad, no variety and it didn't seem fresh. However the room service is EXCELLENT. Try the Pad Thai! I only picked this hotel to provide convenience for myself and comfort for my baby so he wouldn't have to be cramped up in a hospital room the whole few days I was admitted. "WEE", the guy at the ftont desk is very helpful however everyone's English is pretty bad. The guy helping at the front with traffic control working for the hotel is a gem. He helped my little boy and friend to catch a taxi everyday to the hospital back and forth 4-5 times a day. We couldn't not tip him when we left :) We were pretty sad to leave. Traffic is really really bad on this street due to permanent road works. They are building a bridge so it won't be finishing anytime soon.

Great rooms and service”
the hotel is not in the city center, it is located in the north area of bangkok. however, we have already visited the city, and we wanted to spend just 2 nights for personal reasons. it was perfect!. the room is extremelly spacious, the bed king size, tv, air conditioning, the bathroom complete, and also with a table if it was required to work. wifi connection inside the room (good connection and fast speed). the service efficient and pleasant. there is an indoor swimming pool.

Crisp clean cool hotel in unlikely surroundings”
arrived after 2am to smiling reception and very speedy check in. good sleep in comfy bed, and great breakfast buffet with great view over street life outside. easy walk to check out supermarket and nearby 7 11 only drag was when difficult to snare taxi driver took us to thonburi bts instead of thonburi train station but tha was not the fault of the hotel. taxix amy be difficult to get from here but may have been because it was ny eve. nice pool

Great few nights at Beyond Suite. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to hospital and has in-house catering. The staff went above and beyond trying to help us connect our computer to the free wi-fi, spending close to 2 hours working on it.

Huge rooms, clean, modern, comfortable”
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days post surgery at Yanhee Hospital and enjoyed the excellent value room service and the unobtrusive but thorough housekeeping, which they arranged to fit my schedule. Highly recommend for post surgery visitors to Bangkok.
