Good budget hotel”

This hotel is absolutely worth the every dollar we spent. The location is close to the metro station & it is easy to find food at reasonable prices. The size of the room & restroom is acceptable. the staffs are very friendly & they gave many helpful information about GuangZhou. We will return to this hotel again for our next visit.

Quite Good”

This hotel is located on a small lane-way with little traffic passing by, so it's very quiet. The rooms are big and clean enough and we had no complaints. Location is good - five minute walk from Beijing Rd metro stop - and I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in GZ.

difficult to find location”

Pro: once I found the hotel, then the rest is manageable. Finding was the hard part for me. It sits at the end of a small alley next to a huge nightclub with no English sign. A local showed me the alley entrance after I showed him the picture of hotel sign with 7 on it. Hotel itself wasn't bad for the price they are charging. I didn't expect too much for what I was paying, so I was happy.

Great location, Great staff, Great value”

This is the best location, thought it was located in a local village but it was a safe clean neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The wifi works great. Everything was good. Walking distance to Beijing Pedestrian Street, Tianzi Pier and Pearl River. Easy to get food. We will go back again next time.

Worst Hotel & Staff”

This is the worst hotel. room is leakage, the bed is wet ! room & bathroom super dirty! staff is rude ! i search few nice hotel at nearby with this value of money !! i will never come back to this poor hotel anymore !!

Not So Okay”

Although the price is cheap but the room condition is not acceptable. The ceiling with water stains, wall and window full with dust, the room bedsheet with cigarette smell, cockroaches in the room, bad soundproof and etc. Ask to change the room but fully booked.

value for money”

for the price we've booked, we aren't having any high expectations but the room was good enough for 2 people, with sufficient space. The location was in a small alley along a public toilet so we have to pass by an unpleasant smell each time we return to the hotel. Cars are unable to drive into the alley. It is a quiet area with mini marts and small restaurants located nearby.

Value for money”

Good. Especially the mid-night lady reception staff is friendly and helpful. She is not tiring answer my many enquiry over the 2 days and serve with cheerful smile, giving me a very good impression for the hotel while we stay there. I extended my stay as i feel comfort and being taken care of. She should reward a best service from the hotel management.

Great place to use as a base”

Used this hotel as a base for Canton fair and factory visits. Hotel even had a free shuttle which I wasn't expecting. Excellent hotel when you just need a clean, comfortable, quite place to sleep. Staff don't have much English but try their very best to assist. Metro station just up the road, nice to walk along the river at night. Difficult to find the first time as it's down a quaint lane way but that made it nice and quite even though your in the midst of a big city! Can highly recommend.

No A/C, clogged drains”

Staff was kind and helpful, but dont expect any English. No A/C on my first night, room condition was poor as well. Checked in at 2 AM due to late flight arrival, told there wasnt any more available rooms. Transferred to a much better room the next day, but the shower drain was clogged.

the location is good ...but bad”

it is close to Beijing road and the riverside, which is good. But you have to walk through a dark and shabby residential area, which is not so nice. One more thing: when I booked the room, I was asked to upgrade the room with some money, and I did it. However, the receptionist said that they were not informed about it, so I just stayed in a standard room. I am not sure what's wrong with my upgrade.

Would have been better if atleast one person could speak English in better way only two people can speak very little bit of English and as usual it's a very big task if u want to ask them something and to make them understand it

Guangzhou visit”

This place just off the main Beijing lu. Easy to access the river cruises, metro clubs and restaurants in the area and sightseeing places. Decent tv and bed. Staff pleasant. Would go there again for a weekend break

Terrible hotel in the city center”

Differently by the pictures showed in the website, it is a por one star hotel upgraded onto two stars.... I have spent here 10 nights due to the Canton Fair,after two nights they changed me the room for night continous flushing of water in the toilet....impossible to sleep.In the new room I have been waked up by a colony of bugs....they told me to provide by myself and after my regrettings is camed a man with an insecticide.... Is not enough,the two room were with all ceramics floor destroyed, sigillant of doors and ceramics in a very dirty state and a lot of screamers by the neighborod building...very awful expérience..go away if you can!

Very poor and misleading”

We booked 2 economy rooms at this hotel, they were passing off a single room as being sufficient enough for 2 guest. It wasn't. The room came equipped with 1 towel, had to ask for an extra towel. The room was very poor quality, there were signs of dampness on the walls and ceiling. I would certainly not go back to this hotel, it was difficult to find and the staff were not helpful with regards to the room, it was very much the attitude, you get what you pay for. Could have stayed at the Lido hotel on Beijing Rd for an extra 80rmb. I would scarcely rate this as a 1 star hotel, a bit of a dump and staff not very helpful.

Good location and simple adequate room”

Overall this hotel is in a good location. Near metro and to several eateries. In a quiet neighbourhood, so sleeping at night is pleasant. Only thing that the hotel has to improve is the WiFi in the room. It is slow and almost unusable.

Dirty and old hotel”

The hotel is very run down and highly needed to renovate. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall but no action was taken. Toilet light will turned off everytime when i shower and the lighting in the hotel was very dim.
