Отель расположен сразу возле станции метро nishi shinjuku gochome в районе Синдзюку. До улицы красных фонарей Кабуки-те 20 минут пешком. Как выходите с отеля налево, есть отличная забегаловка с японской кухней, возле family mart. Отель чистый, в номерах приятно пахнет, завтрак хороший.

Hotel staff were very friendly and very willing to help out with anything. Hotel is super clean and the location was good. The public bath is good too.. worth the stay. 1 thing that they can improve on is that hopefully they won't charge us for early check in. Haha. I was there at 2.20 pm and check in was at 3pm. Need to pay if i were to check in at my arrived time. But nevermind, what matter is the staff is efficient, friendly and warmth. Room and hotel is very clean. Worth the stay n money. Will come back to stay in APA hotel.

Nice Hotel”

I booked three days here afer staying in the Golden Gai area of Shinjuku to save some money. It may have been my error however the hotel was advertised as being in Shinjuku and it is in Nishishinjuku. It is two subway stops from Shinkuku. There is a a subway across the road (exit A2) and a few convenience stores close by, outside of that it is the quietest area of Tokyo that I saw. The hotel is nice. A supersoft bed with an unusually hard pillow, clean comfortable, good wifi and water [pressure and a nice onsen. It is difficulty to rate the staff as check-in was almost fully automated. There was no check out, just drop the card in the card bin and you are gone. The hotel is nice if you want something less expensive however I would probably prefer to stay in the main area of Shinjuku.

Great Location”

About 20m to public transport (subway) - one stop to Shinjuku. Food walking distance, we were on 8th floor and couldn't hear any street noise. Staff super friendly. Bags can be left on last day at hotel so you can browse. Rooms are really small however modern and clean, bathroom clean. Would recommend!

The hotel is in the quiet side of Shinjuku walking distance to the Metropolitan Government Building and just 4 buildings away from the subway/metro. There are several convenience store nearby. The hotel breakfast is Western Style and adequate. Breakfast menu is the same everyday. Unlimited coffee/tea/juice during breakfast. The croissant is good. The room is small as expected but clean. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Budget Friendly”

We didn’t expect that the hotel was just few steps away from the subway station. And it looks like a 5-star hotel. Staffs are very accommodating! Though our room was small, it’s still a great place to stay.

Hotel is quite new and lobby quite posh for APA hotel. there's an onsen too. Their (Japan's) double bed is smaller than queen sized bed even if it's for 2 pax. We have a toddler with us and we requested for upgrade to a larger bed. Location near train station but a far walk to shinjuku.

Superb”

Very well located, near subway. Great breakfast and onsen. Very high tech feel and great self check in/out service. Rooms are very well equipped and it is nice to have a big tv, own bathtub and possibility of ordering dominos pizza in. Would totally recommend!

Just next to NishiShinjuku-Gochome Station ”

I love this hotel. Is new, clean and comfortable. If u wish to have bigger room. Book twin bed room. Exit A2 u will see hotel opposit road. If u have big luggage , use A1 exit . Hotel just 100m away. This hotel have great onsen. We enjoy our 5 nigts stay.

Good”

Good location. The hotel has onsen (public bath) and swimming pool. Though Japan has a culture of not letting people with tattoo to use public bath, this hotel gives a tattoo cover for people with tatts who want to use the onsen. My partner and I wanted to use the swimming pool, but you have to pay before you can use it, and it's not one time payment they charge HOURLY we ended up not using the swimming pool. The breakfast is so so, they served same stuff.

This is my first time stay at this hotel. The staff not helpful & friendly. I’m arrive at hotel in wet due to rainy day, asking for early check in they allow with charges for 1000 yen per hr - no humanitarian ground. Hope the management of this hotel can be more flexible on this.

No internet, no air conditioning, Dangerous location, ”

Run!!! I don’t even know where to start 1.) broken air conditioning (120 degree weather) 2.) WiFi constantly down (business, tours, directions) 3.) cockroaches in the sink first thing in the morning when gettin ready to face wash (the size of my big toe) 4.) dangerous location (nothing around even though it scored high... I actually got it just for the location but found it was just a mall and people are seriously dangerous! Someone tried grabbing me very aggressively in public right out front of the hotel (as a tourist even) 5.) 2-3 hours from airport and anywhere (even if it’s just a couple of kilometers due to the infamous Manila traffic I could go on and on..... stay in makati and just find a better hotel

Dusty ”

Entered the hotel and was impress with how they have an auto check in counter. Room is quite small but it’s acceptable for the price. The room is extremely dusty, lay down on bed on the first night and I can see dust particles flying in front of my eyes. Left my velvet cloth clothes in the room for a day and it was filled with dust! Tv remote, window, tissue box all filled with dust! On one of the days, my Friend found a strand of thick pubic hair on the towel. The hotel should focus more on their cleanliness instead of the technology that they use.

9days in Tokyo”

The location is really good. It’s not busy enough but also conveniently located near the main attractions of Tokyo. It’s literally 1 minute away from Toei Oedo Line, so getting around is not at all difficult. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Not as clean, hotel a little old. ”

Bed was comfy. But had to ask for puffier pillows as the default given ones were the flat Japanese pillow, upon request they told you to go get it yourself at the reception as they don’t deliver to your room . Toilet and carpet doesn’t feel as clean. This hotel is located 2 station away from Shinjuku. Hotel has coin laundry and dryer, but which you need to pay 600yen to use it. Only 3 washer for the entire hotel to use, so you basically have to fight for the machine , or wait to use it at 3/4am. Super annoying.

Perfect setting with valuable for money ”

I have no expectation at all before check-in, because it shows the size of the room is extremely small in comparison with my past stay in other tokyo hotels. Nevertheless, its design and room setting were perfectly matching for my requirement, so I would definitely stay there again if I visit Tokyo shortly in future! And I would also definitely recommend it to my friends! BTW, the hotel staffs are also nice! Including cleaning staffs and the staffs at reception!

Good Location near numerous convenience stores, and has an Onsen”

Stayed here in February; automated check-in was a bit confusing but the reception staff were there to assist. Rooms are as small as stated in their room description, so no surprise there. Under-bed storage helps. Bathroom is tiny, my leg kept hitting the toilet. Bathtub is just a half-tub. The Onsen on the 2nd floor is a plus! Free to use, whereas the pool has a charge of ¥1000 per person per hour (and is closed during winter). Within a few meters walk, you’ll find Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11, Tomod’s and another cosmetics/drug shop, Matsuya, Sukiya, McDonald’s, and loads of other local restaurants, cafes, and izakayas. Further up the road, past the intersection, is a 24/7 grocery store, but wasn’t able to check it out. When you exit the hotel, there are already 3 subway exits for Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome (Exit A1 & A2, Elevator, Escalator, and Stairs). 2 stops to Shinjuku on the Oedo Line.Huge TV in room, BBC News only english channel. Pillow (1/bed) TOO flat & hard. Overall a great stay.
