Expect the Unexpected Service”
I was very impressed by the Receptionist as I dropped my cotton helmet liner. He not only kept for me but went an extra mile to wash it. It has passed a week and I just tried my luck by making the enquiry by checking. Even thought, most of them don't speak much English , I felt their sincerely and integrity. I believe honesty and patience are what I always look for when dealing with people, which I have found in Cappuccino Tebrau.

The reception area are smelly and the room are dirty which the floor are dusty not proper sweep. It need to do renovation as the look are very old and dirty.

apologize for any inconvenient cause to you. due to the situation that we just renovated the room which you stayed that day. so it was causing the smell. apologize. recently our management started to renovate some of the rooms and try to keep the room as update as possible. and also we try to satisfy the feedback from customer also. such as they need a working desk. somewhere to hang clothing or in room hair drier. so due to budget consideration we only can update the room gradually. and we try our best to fulfill the feedback. just for your information. we will start to refresh our delux window room in another 2 weeks time. and we will promo the room may be in 2 weeks after its done renovation. so anyone in agoda interested may try it. thankyou.

Being a regular customer of Cappuccino Hotel at Tebrau for years, I and my husband were very disappointed on Monday night experiences w/the hotel services. It was only around 9pm, we have just finished our dinner & shopping at Tebrau Aeon; as we were approaching the hotel we were astonished to see that the entire building was black out. As my husband was talking w/the hotel staff through a semi-opened door of the hotel over the torchlight. The receptionist just asked whether or not we were walk in guest or under Agoda. If we were under Agoda then we just have to inform the management at Agoda. Additionally, we were being informed that the electricity might only be up half an hour later or even later. The response was unsatisfactory nor professional. It really put us in dilemma, we didn’t receive any solutions or apologies from the hotel. we feel very sorry regarding the incident happened to you lately. unfortunately on that night the tnb having problem for supplying electricity to our area. we made a called to them and they replied us that no one had made the report to them and they did not know about it till we made the complaint to them. they made an investigation after we reported and complaint to them for the second time, by the third time then they reported there was a power failure at the sub station. they needed may be 2 or more hours to make the repair so we were very unfortunate that happened also and we couldn't do anything for the electricity supplying. we were very sorry about that incident and apologize for any inconvenient caused to you.

Room Size”
The hotel only provides window for some single room but not double room. However, the cleanliness is still acceptable but room size is kinda small and pack. Overall is valued for money especially with it's price. If you are coming with families, I guess this doesn't really suitable.

Value for money”
The good: We think it was very worth it. Room was clean and we were provided with toiletries, 2 bottles of water, 2 packs of cappuccino (True to the hotel name- so cute!) and towels. There was a kettle but we didn't use it. Air conditioned and has a TV too! Bed was ok. There are shops nearby selling food so you don't need to worry about going hungry. Staff were polite and there is plenty of parking space around. Improvements: The floor was VERY sticky, I think because the staff put too much floor cleaner in the water used to mop the floor. If our feet were damp when we came out of the washroom and we stepped on the room floor , it became very slippery because of the soap from the floor cleaner. Might cause a fall. Soundproofing wasn't very good- we were woken up by noisy guests returning back to the hotel. There was a grey patch on the bedding (mould?) but since the sheets looked washed we didn't think it was a big deal. We will still stay here again though. Overall good stay.

Water leaking, wall paper wear off, lighting & wall plug faulty. The value of this room looks like RM20 per night. The deluxe queen photo in Agoda is totally different with actual. The room not so clean especially the bed. We feet itch when we were sleep on the bed.

I won’t come back anymore. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stay.”
The receptionist who come from Nepal didn’t able to communicate well with me when I asked whether I can get cheaper room rate by booking in Agoda. Room rate if booking in Agoda is around RM 40 while if booking on the spot at reception is RM70! (At the end I booked the room in Agoda at the reception). The situation of the room is terrible. The TV was not functioning well, and the bedsheet was dirty with hairs and stain. No boiler and toiletries as well. I think the room is only worth for RM40, but not the RM70. I even check out earlier in the next morning just because I do not want to staying there longer.

The reason why agoda is selling promotion prise is because we give a good discounted rate to agoda to help us promote our room. you have booked a budget room that night so of course naturally the room is remain as budget as possible just like you take an air asia flight do you get a free meal during your flight. as mentioned many times before. if guest feel not comfortable staying in the hotel please call agoda to cancel the room for you. we will accept your cancelation provided you don't use any facility in the room. thankyou.

This budget hotel can be better!”
The hotel is quite good because it is near to Aeon Tebrau City and Ikea. However, it is not value for money because it doe not have a lift which we have to use staircase to level 2. The room cleanliness has to improve; the floor is sticky and the table is dusty. We are satisfied with the security because there is a guy outside the hotel note down our car plate and taking care for it. This is important and required because the area is dark during the night and less car.

thankyou for the comment. as mentioned earlier we are using different floor detergent however we have change it. so should be okay now. actually we are selling very cheap in agoda as there is no leaves. if we have leave we won't be selling you rm50 in agoda. its would be more expensive isn't it. but compare with other hotels with this type of facility. i think we are consider above average. thankyou for the comment of our security. we think safety is important for our customer.

Near to Aeon Tebrau but far from the city centre.”
If you are planning to go to city center, you might find another hotel. But this hotel is not that bad tho. Except the parts that the receptionist has a very low voice projector that you might wants him to re-explain everything but you still cannot understand what he was talking about with that slow voice. The aircond works very well but the tv does not have many choices of the channels. Overall I give 4 stars out of 5.

Totally different from the pic they show in the gallery in fact worst. Ciggarete under the bed, sticky floor and smelly room. You can get a better hotel just add a few RM. We do not have option to cancel as we already pay by card since we thought it is same as per pic in gallery.

dear guest, the room always been checked by a checker before check in new guest. as i mentioned earlier with another guest recently we change our floor detergent so causing this problem. the room can't be smelly because you were staying in window room. also i needed to repeat what i mentioned earlier is if the guest you are not satisfy with the room. you can choose to look for receptionist for room changing subjected to room availability. or our housekeeping staff can redo housekeeping for you again if fault found. and finally you can choose to call agoda customer service to cancel the room for you although you pay by credit cards or debit cards. thankyou.

Good basic hotel & great location”
Good basic hotel. Our room is the standard queen size bed and shower. there is water kettle to boil water, they provided instant coffee sachet together with bottled water. Hot shower and shampoo is provided together with 2 towels. Great location for those wanting to go to the new IKEA Tebrau close to a lot of shops. There is &-Eleven nearby. Wifi is working good. all in all, we are satisfied on our stay.

Don't expect much”
It serves it's purpose. You got rm100 for 2 nights, a heater, shower, toiletries provided, a TV, complimentary coffee and water bottles. The only downside maybe their staff who can barely speak neither malay nor english but they do their job well. Easy for Grab to find the location. Near with Ikea and Aeon Tebrau. Maybe not suitable for family. I could hear someone 'doing it' right across the corridor. LOL!

Old and not comfortable”
I can say the only good is their customer svs is friendly and will entertain you when u ask for help. their customer services are foreigner, but they can understand what you say. But, the hotel room are very old, got cockroaches at the first day when we enter into the hotel room, it was found at the bed. While their toilet, the sink are almost want to come out from the wall, and the piping are leaking. And the worst part is they are given us at 3rd floor, which is no lift, you have to climb up from the ground floor till 3rd floor. So, must think twice if you want to book for this hotel. Overall they need to be under maintenance as have a lot of things is broken.

apologize any inconvenient cause to you. in future if guests not satisfy with the room. please kindly inform agoda customer service to let them know about it. usually hotel here can provide 2 solutions to you as number 1 is immediately cancel the room which we will accept it. and the number 2 is room changing subject to room availability. this room been taken up by other walk in customer and they have not complaint to us and some more they are paying more than agoda customer. thankyou for your feedback and concern of the maintenance. we will look into it.
