Inconsistent Service”
We initially booked a 2-bedroom suite in Skylight since there are 4 adults and 2 kids in the group. Upon arriving, we were bumped off the room due to technical problems - we were given 2 adjacent suites instead. I agreed because I thought it would be fine... until we encountered all the inconveniences of being in two separate rooms - both rooms did not have cable TV (this was fixed at night after several calls to housekeeping and a chat with the supervisor), one suites AC remote was not functioning, while the other room's phone line was not working. We got to the room without a phone, after raising this to housekeeping, we were given a phone unit, but alas! the line was not really working so it was pointless to have a phone in the room. If we need to check on the group in the other room we had to go out and knock. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and water pressure is so low it would take longer to shower. The rooms are spacious though, I did not enjoy the cable TV because there are limited channels. our linens have stains and holes on it. The indoor pool in the spa is nice because we had the place to ourselves, it comes with a fee though to use the facility. I booked a 1hr foot spa and honestly, it was disappointing. Overpriced for the kind of service I got. I did not feel like my feet got pampered. Front desk is a mix of accommodating and snob. Arrival was pretty good, but departure could be better. Egg person during breakfast buffet needs to sort out his priorities - if it's a first come first serve basis, it would be nice if he could follow. (I ordered a vegetable omelette, i was the only one there so he started my order right away, i said I'll come back and left to get a plate and drinks, when I got back apparently he gave my order to another person and served two more people before going back to my order) All in all, I think the place in nice, it the staff probably needs more training on guest experience esp engineering, housekeeping and some of th

clean spacious room safe parking great bed nice hot water shower magkabilang dulo ng resorts ang pools though service carts are avail to take u there u just have to wait medyo maingay po mga vehicles dinig sa rooms very poor int connection and cable sa rms almost none masikip makitid ang path going into the cabins if coming w seniors and kids better request for cabins affront malayo sa tagaytay proper and other establishments yes babalik me if i had a chance

Value for money”
The place was great. Overall, you really get what you paid for. There are a lot of stuff you can do aside from swimming. The only thing that they could improve on is maintaining the place. We stayed at a premier double bed room unit. The aircon was a bit old and was not sufficient to keep the room cold. The tv wasnt working, but we let it be since we were out most of the time. Overall, it's great. But please, dont forget about maintenance.

Nice pool. Great service except that the wave pool are a bit far from the reception,but worth it.”
Pros. Nice place, great staff, helpful, many rooms, lots of amenities, picture perfect, love the wave pool. Cons. Wave pool is far, no wifi available on our room, phone not answered in reception, 30 mins to check in.

This was actually my second time going to this place, the first time we got here which was 3years ago, I can say that I was impress, room was clean and no problems in checking in, that's why we went back here with the whole family to enjoy what we had. However, when I got here on my 2nd time I was disappointed, we got in at the reservation area at 12nn and was waiting for the STANDARD check in time at 2pm, with usual checking in time before the time come you should be getting your keys and stabs, what happened here was we waited for almost 30 mins before they gave us the key to our room, people are complaining and staffs are not even prepared for guests, it is expected that summer season would be jam-packed, some even waited for an hour. So as we checked in to our hotel room, remote control for the A/C is missing, we tried calling front desk but on busy tone, tried calling housekeeping no one is answering, to think that we are checked in, in one of the expensive rooms and yet no one can assist us, it added to our frustration, we went down stairs and looked for housekeeping, it took us almost an hour just to get the A/C remote. we were so exhausted, we went there to relax and have fun and yet we were stressed out. Buffet breakfast came and when we got to the ballroom to have our breakfast buffet table was empty, no foods, i asked repeatedly the staffs and what they told us is that it will be served soon, we waited for 30 mins just to eat, food came out one by one, people are falling in line just to get food. It took us 1 1/2 hr just to finally eat our breakfast, we waited and waited up until food was serve in the buffet table. That was really disappointing, to think that we paid too much and this is what we've got? Wave pool is not also working and no complimentary what so ever was given to us after all that we've been through.

Poor Customer Service”
Negative Side: -if you will be checking in during weekend, expect the long line. expect also that you will not be checking in on time (2pm). the rooms are not ready by 2pm. i have waited for 30 minutes for the keys. many guests were complaining last April 29. -check out was the same scenario. you have to fall in line again and wait for probably 15-30 minutes. when one of the staff announced "people for check out", the last lady in our line was immediately entertained by the staff. it really pissed off the other customers who are waiting for a long time. -no senior and pwd lane. i need to tell to the reception area that i am pregnant for them to entertain me. -lack of staff -the toiletries and other stuffs were not prepared in the rooms. -limited choice of breakfast; only 2 main menu (adobo and corned beef) were served + champorado + eggs + fruits + iced tea + coffee + water; hope they will improve the breakfast menu -poor customer service in the reception area -i have requested spoon to be delivered in our room for 4 times because i needed to drink my milk. -complimentary bottle water is only limited for 2 bottles only per room. -cable tv was not clear. -hope they improve the blanket because it was very thin Positive Side: -log cabin rooms are big. -aircon was really cold. -bathroom in log cabin is big -i love the bed and pillows. -many cabinets for storage. -adobo was delicious -the towels were big and like the fabcon used in the towels. -free shuttle to roam around the place -log cabins have wooden sala set. I will definitely go back and hopefully they improve more on the customer service.

Needs better management and proper trained front desk officers”
After arriving at 3pm to check in, there were already a lot of ppl waiting to check in also. We didnt get our rooms til 5pm when we expected the rooms to be ready when we arrived. And while waiting 2 hrs, we witnessed several customers complaining about waiting so long for their rooms or things they've requested 5 hrs before and nothing. While the rooms were ok, there was smells of mould. Beds were uncomfortable. Showers were weak. Waiting that 2 hrs took away from our swimming time which made us miss out of the wave pool. Night time swimming and we could still see that the pool water was dirty. Only being with family made it fun. Breakfast buffet was average. This wouldve been a nice resort when it first opened but just now seems theyve not maintained rooms n pool well. We only booked this last minute because it was the only resort available. After our experience, we know why it was the last one.

Real nice hotel with good facilities”
Real good facilities but outdated. Should improve more with good revised management i think. They are not optimizing their potential. The staff is also combination of nice, warm and service oriented ones and totally indifferent and not knowledgeable ones as well. Reflection of inconsistent / poor management.

So so experience”
The food at the floating restaurant was delicious and also affordable. The place was huge and we really liked the pools. Having said that, I don't think our stay there was worth what we spent. The staff were really nice and pleasant but mostly the service was slow. I don't think there was enough staff so they usually take too long to attend to you or to provide you the services you need. We've had to request for remotes to the tv & a/c when we got to our rooms. When we came back to our room in the evening we've still had to follow up on the request for the remotes as well as the extra beds we asked for hours earlier. Also, prior to our stay I tried to make inquiries but I got no response to any of my emails. I also tried their facebook but no response there either. I tried calling all their numbers but it was very hard to contact them. Phone's usually busy or no one answers, or if they tell me they'll call me back, they don't. It wasn't all bad but we were disappointed.
