            the room is good, the location is very quiet and they only have few staff that handles everything! ”
            for RM250 pernight, this is really overprice. Btw, this place is good for you if you are in honeymoon or came here without kids Its kind of scary at night especially during weekdays. The staff is good but these 2-3 same guys are really doing every single thing from housekeeping, cooking, cleaning and even cutting trees.. I hope these guys are getting pay raises since they are doing very good job.

            Breakfast included but only 3 meal were serve (Fried Mee, cereal & bread only) . Call operator for wifi password but never pick up call. Jacuzzi is not working. Location far from Janda Baik river.

            Surrounded by beautiful greeney. However, the service sucks. The rooms are poorly maintained. Traces of leakage that had occured in the room and bathroom - and stains of leakage has not been touched up with a coat of paint. Towel and Room has a musty smell... must be due to leakage..

            My worse ever stay in janda baik. What ever you see in the website is not 100% true. Small room compare to advertised. Not friendly staff, dirty bed linen, unmanageable surrounding environment, etc. Not worth fir money where you can get better accommodation at other places in janda baik.

            TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
            1. It should be priced and worth below rm100 according to what they had provided. 2. Its good if you wish to be remoted and isolated. It has no nearby walking distance attractions. 3. The room we stayed has not clean at all! Hairs and dust all over the floor and bed, spider webs on ceiling and wall lamps. Blood stain on pillows. Tissue stuffed underneath wall unit aircond. The toilet wall tiles look like going to fall down anytime, the basin outlet is corroded. Window latches are broken. 4. Only 1 staff is working. Not keep to help to clean the room and the way he cleaned was just simple swept out to the corridor. Therefore the room is full of dust smell. 5. Breakfast is the most basic variety i ever had. I've no idea how can this hotel got 4 stars in Agoda with good review.

            Awfully Overprized”
            1. The price paid is unprofessionally overpriced with the facilities & services offered. (We are aware and know it is indeed a public holiday, but it feels very worthless for a price of more than RM150 a night even with breakfast.) 2. Food is not much choice & its hardware is cracked and dirty. 3. The water jar that has broken the handle is used to serve breakfast cereal milk. 4. There is no staff available to serve or monitor eating places during breakfast. 5. However, fortunately there is a loyal staff serving us and other customers patiently and with a smile :)

            The attraction is its river nearby. Very clean and good for relaxing. Need much improvement on room cleaning. The first room given was not the same as the one booked, they changed it to the next room which was bigger. However the bathroom was a bit wet and had hairs eventhough we just came in. Looked as if someone had already used it earlier on or was not cleaned properly.
