All the 4 lifts were spoiled and under maintainence on a Saturday evening but management never inform us nor apologize nor compensate at all and we were staying at 16th floor.

Great location with underpass to Pavilion. However need to improve their facilities. The noise from the AC was very loud, there's no hot water from the tap (only available for shower). Also, the apartment was a bit noisy, visitors talking on the walkway can be heard from the room and when the room next door turned on their music, that's a great disturbance.

Not worth the money ”
Only good about this hotel is the location . Condition of the room is bad and old . Bathroom is full with foul smell even after flushing . Air conditioning is noisy . It's like 2 star hotel only . Wonder how they get such high rating . Will not come back and don't recommend at all

The location is very convenient. It is near the MRT and Monorail station. There are lots of shopping malls and eateries nearby. The condition of the room is just acceptable. The fridge is very noisy. The air conditioner blows the cold air directly on us when we sleep. The bathroom has a foul smell after flushing the toilet. We won'e be going back to this hotel next time.

straight to the point - #1, confuse entrance, no lobby, you need to take 2 time lift to reach the lobby. #2, room air conditioner under service, bathroom shower every time out of water, #3, gym room equipment all damage , weight plate no safety ( if can i would post all the photo i took you all can see it ), #4,car parking space will makes you angry, #5, you need to line up to the lift and go to your lobby and get to your room, imagine after you shopping carry all the bags and line up going in to the lift before you reach your room it so stupid, #6, only 2 lift to serve entire hotel guess ..

We would like to apologize if we did not meet your expectations during your period of stay. #1 and #5 due to security, guests have to change lifts, as we are connected to 2 big shopping malls. #2, periodic servicing of all our AC units is performed, as breakdown was unexpected, alternative room was provided. To use the water heater, one would have to turn on the switch right outside the bathroom as indicated. #3, we noted that some equipment was not up to your standard, but not damaged. The building management is looking to replacing all equipment soon. #4, ample parking is available at Fahrenheit 88 mall basement car park, parking charges will apply as it is managed by the shopping mall. There are signages to guide you to Fahrenheit Suites. #6, we have 4 guest lifts and 1 service lift on each wing to serve our guests from Level 5 to their room. There are 2 lifts on each wing to serve our guests from the shopping mall to Level 5

key card for a 3 bedrooms should be given at least 3 key cards.”
parking subsidy per day RM10 is reasonable however not RM10 for 2 days. check in 3pm vs check out 12pm doesn't seems balanced. suggest: 1pm vs 12pm 2pm vs 1pm 3pm vs 2pm Special rates for Spa should be recognised by the spa counter upon showing of key card. TV clarity is a big problem and the channels are not as per brochure.

Just ok, but location great, just walk across the road to Pavillion. Old building upgraded on meager budget. Common areas much spruced up, but little else. Walls made of paper so be prepared for noisy unruly children running amok.

Bad Facilities & Rude receptionist ”
1. Hotel room rooftop licking and due to this floor wet all the way once raining. 2. Water heater dirty or not proper clean 3. Receptionist rude when i was overslept and late for checkout. She claimed she called me but there is no ringing for the hotel room phone and no miss call on my mobile. She warned me “next time don’t do late check out”. I’m paying for the room and I still need to apologise???? Well, i still managed to checkout before 1pm. 4. Stuffy walkway & lift 5. Broken lift and dusty 6. Bad experience as a first timer and wont stay here anymore!!!!

they gave u parking rebate of only RM10 when the parking rate there is RM1 per hour..they only gave discount for just 1 car..so if you are in a group..too bad

Superb Location”
The hotel is newly renovated, but my room door was unable to lock properly and somehow it still "lock". Advice to get two bath rooms unit will be more convenient. Besides, its location is really superb and we did not use its facilities.

overall ok just need more building maintenance. need more usable lift instead of 2, laundry dryer not working efficiently even on high heat.

We arrived late and the receptionist wasn't helpful or friendly at all. He talked to us in an impatient tone and when we asked for the bellboy to carry stuffs another day he was also not helpful at all..

We were initially worried having read the reviews only after we booked the 2bedrm dlx. Upon check in we amended to 2bedrm junior ste as we wanted 2 toilets. Staff was helpful, clean apartment and very good location. Tq for making ours an enjoyable stay.

Location was great! infront of Pavilion. The room just noisy. Cant sleep well for 5 nights, either the aircond or fridge making noise. The room abit empty. Overall, its alright. Secured!

WAS UPGRADED TO 2 ROOM SUITE (NOT REQUIRED) BUT UNFORTUNATELY ALL AIR-COND BE IT IN LIVING ROOM AND BOTH ROOMS JUST BLOW A WARM AIR. DID MAKE A COMPLAINT BUT NOTHING HAPPEN.
