Quiet, peaceful and VFM”

Have visited twice now. The place is great for those who want to get away from any and all distractions. Minimal cellular reception at best - do not expect to be getting any calls or having access to the internet. Cabins are set towards the back of the winery, ensuring quiet and privacy. Very generous amount of fresh breakfast ingredients provided, which can be cooked using the electric pan or the outside bbq/grill each cabin has. Food at the winery itself is tasty and not expensive at all. Lovely seating areas and staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, loved it.

Perfect for a quick escape from the city”

We wanted a quick getaway from the city and only had one day and one night. This was perfect being a short trip (less than an hour) from Melbourne CBD, but a world away in terms of the peace and privacy the cottages offer. It’s a lovely setting above the vineyard and you can have a nice lunch at the cafe. The cottages are well equipped. We had a lovely dinner out on the deck with the BBQ under the stars. I highly recommend this for a weekend getaway. Next time we’ll stay two nights and really make the most of it.

Lovely Hideaway ”

We had three nights at these Eco Cottages. We weren't sure what to expect and given we were arriving quite late, we had organised a late check in which meant we properly checked in the following morning. We arrived to a lovey warm cabin, our breakfast supplies had been dropped into the fridge and everything was set up for us. The electric blankets on the bed were certainly a nice touch especially in the middle of winter! The staff we interacted with were fabulous. They appeared to really enjoy being these and providing information to their guests So much so, that we returned for lunch (wood fired pizza) and a warm up in front of the fire. the other food we saw being delivered to other patrons looked fantastic. In all, this is a fantastic getaway location, I would certainly be returning to!

I was bit worry when read the reviews about Gisborne Peak Winery Eco Cottages at agoda. Nothing really positive. But we like the idea of Eco cottages and would like to support and give it a try. And we loved it!!! the immaculately condition of the cottage. The vineyard is simply beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, cottage was very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Very peaceful and not too far away from Mount Macedon. Later check out was great too. Purchased their Pinot Noir too.

very silent when you stayed in this hotel, only one thing is the electricity is not enough to hold for three rooms together and will suddenly switch off.
