Отель находится в очень удобном месте,все рядом,Гинза,метро,Токио станция и.т.д Персонал приветлив,в комнате уборка каждый день,за завтрак ничего не могу сказать,так как брала без завтраков,но в целом твердой тройке соответствует.

Выбирали отель скрупулёзно, подкупило месторасположение и винтажные фотографии на сайте. По приезду нисколько не разочаровались - рядом три ветки метро, через дорогу улица Гинза с множеством магазинов известных брендов и торговых центров! Вечерний променад с иллюминацией завораживает! Номер небольшой, чисто, персонал вежливый и приветливый. Ванная комната в принципе нормальных размеров, имеется все необходимое. Внутренняя и внешняя отделка напоминает европейский стиль, так называемый дизайн-отель. Рекомендую!

Могу сказать,что отель очень уютный, несмотря на маленькие номера!все предусмотрено и учтено!очень вежливый персонал!Отель находится в районе Гинза-рай для шопоголиков!до магазинов -3 мин пешком, рядом с отелем 2 кофейни где подают прекрасный кофе и выпечку, а в квартале от отеля сразу несколько Старбаксов!до рыбного рынка пешком-30 мин., до станции Токио(на шенконсен)-всего 15 минут пешком!

Good choice when staying in Ginza. Just near the buzz! Tiffany and Cartier are just around the corner. Room is not spacious but is comfortable. They provide a handy cell phone with unlimited data during the stay. Choose to have breakfast for US$26 only if you are really hungry. Otherwise save your money and spend US$5 at Doutor coffee !

I love this hotel chain, as all of them have been very clean, the staff has always been very kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotels have always been great. I would stay in any of the Hotel Monterey La Soeur if I can. I would totally stay again!

Booked 3 X small double rooms for 3 adults to allow catch-up sleep after international flight. Due to flight’s 3-hour delay, we were much too late for an evening hotel meal, therefore l can’t comment on the restaurant. (Within 3 mins walk there were several decent cafes still operating at 2am). Rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds, pyjamas, slippers, kettle, tea/coffee, fridge, etc plus a range of quality toiletries in the bathroom. Enough power points for recharging phone, watch, cameras, etc. I will return though for a longer stay on my next holiday in Japan.

Classic small hotel, great location , spacious ( uncommon in japan hotel) reasonable rate, very clean .. wants to come back to the same hotel whenever I am in Tokyo !

Staff has enough english language skill just be patient. They will help you, earnestly. I prefer taking cab from and to Tokyo Station though. But if you like walking, it is still alright.

Great location if you want to be in a quiet environment after roaming around the busy Tokyo. Walking distance from Tokyo Main Station and subway stations. Will definitely go back next year.

9 nights here. The good: Easy check in. Good size room compared to similar I’ve had in Japan. WiFi is terrific. Quiet inside, comfortable bed, so had a good nights sleep. Handy location. The complentary handy mobile was invaluable for mapping to get around and find things. The bad: it was too hot inside the room for our liking. no diy laundry here, although there is laundrette within walking distance. It’s on a quiet side street, so got to know where to find it.

1st hotel in our 13th Hotel 2020 Winter (Jan-Feb-Mar) Trip to Japan”

Staging post to start our 3rd Trip to Japan. Landed Narita and stayed one night just to refresh ourselves from 9hr flight to Tokyo. As in most hotels, the room was small and had to pile our 120l and 80l wheeled bags, total weight 43 kg, on top of each water to make space to navigate the room. Late check-in so we dropped the bags and explore Shibuya and Shinjuku. The next morning we left early for Kyoto; JR-Tokyo is nearby but quite walking distant.

Simple, quaint, as described”

Nothing fancy. Everything you need in a small space. We just spent one night here before moving onto Nagano. Close to Tokyo Shinkansen and next to 7-11 where there’s an ATM and whatever you want to eat!

Very decent for the price; great location”

This place was central enough to walk to most of Ginza (or to take the train, the nearest station to which was literally just around the corner), but just a little bit farther away from main road to not break the bank. Do not confuse this hotel with another "Hotel Monterey" a block away. You may find it easier to use as marker the "San Michele" restaurant at the hotel's ground floor. The hotel signage itself is a bit difficult to find and read, especially at night.

For the solo adventurer, this is A-Class luxury”

My reviews are always for the solo adventurers. I know families and the more... shall I say - demanding - folks have different expectations, but I write as a solo adventurer. The good: This was high class luxury for me. The lift and corridor looks classy, and my room's floor was parquet (wooden tiles). Room was clean. Has a pseudo-European feel. Location was good, smack in the middle of Ginza, but can be quite remote and quite a walk too. The bad: Gosh. The restaurant inside the hotel was way over my budget. It looks nice, with glass walls so that passersby can see you dining. But not for the budget adventurer, that's for sure!

Close to main Tokyo station and also subway stations, convenience stores, and shopping - nice clean room and friendly staff - a pity that someone was smoking on our floor and the smell throughout the hallway was very strong.

Accommodation in Ginza, Tokyo with good perks and is worth the price”

The location of the hotel is strategic and accessible which allowed our family (of 4 adults) to reduce travel time and costs. The rooms are spacious for Ginza, Tokyo. They are cleaned daily and beds made up. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms contain a document of the rules which is helpful. Wifi is available in the rooms with decent speed for a free service. They also lend guests mobile phones (with unlimited wifi) which can you can take with you during your stay.

Good hotel. Rooms were clean. Beware, rooms are extremely small as this hotel is in the heart of Ginza. I was not able to fit my two suitcases in the room and had to constantly close one then open the other, and vice-versa.
