Район Асакуса очень японский. Буддийский храм Сэнсодзи, Торговая улица Накамисэ в пешей доступности. Вокруг много маленьких магазинчиков, кафе. До Skytree минут двадцать, а до станций метро минут восемь пешком. Очень хороший, спокойный, калоритный район.

Location is good, cleanliness and facilities are not good”
Location is close to Asakusa train station , variety restaurant, Senso-ji temple and Don-Q store Cleanliness need to be improve, there is some dust in window No lift or elevator so we need to carry up big luggage to our room Wifi in 3rd floor is not accessible, already inform the staff but still can not access Room is good for 2 person, and too tidy for 3 adult person

Great location but no lift”
Pros: Perfect location. There are many restaurants close by. Very close to the tsukuba express line(asakusa station). 6 mins from airport limousine bus stop. 6 mins walking to metro station. Hotel located right atthe tourist walking street. Perfect for young couple. Friendly staffs. There is shared microwave and vending machine for soft drink in the hotel. Cons: Small room. Noisy at night. No view when you open the window. No lift(but the staffs will help you with the luggage) however, it is still difficult for the old people or a family with young baby. Aircon is hot and cold the whole time. TV is difficult to use if you cannot read japanese. Checkout is troublesome because you need the staff to help to bring down the luggages but during check out time there was only one staff at the counter and many people were checking out at the same time so we had to bring some luggage down by ourselves. We have requested for the early checkin but it was not possible. There is no hotel lobby.

Great location for station, but awkward window view.”
Great location near to ASAKUSA station. Lots of food choices here. The only problems is that it’s in the shopping street (with the roof) and in second floor, so half of the rooms windows will face to the shopping street roof. But overall it’s still a acceptable choice if you are not picky for the view of the window.

we had a great time at the hotel. even if they dont have an available elevator, they gave us a floor at the 2nd floor since we have kids and elderly with us. A great place to stay in if you want to be close to shops, restos, and tourist spots.

No elevator in the hotel”
The hotel is located in one of the shopping alleys. The famous Senso-ji is barely 3-5 mins walk away. Restaurants are plenty, with a few 24 hours restaurants nearby but that also means noise when you are getting the room facing the alley. There is no elevator or lift in the hotel, the hotel staff will help you to bring your stuff up. The door itself is not so noise proof. Like most of the same class hotel in Tokyo, the room is very small.

Just the basics...nothing else”
If you just need a place to be your home base and you don't have a lot of stuff, then this place might.suit you. There were three of us in each room and though the place was clean and we could sleep, the was no room to move around in the room or do anything else.. you have to open your suitcase on the bed because there is no other place. The bathrooms might as well be airplane bathrooms as your knees literally will touch the walls when you're sitting down on the commode. No lobby, no elevator, steep stairs. We got by but we would never go back there again specially having learned that there are other proper hotels in the same area for the same price. Like I said, just the basics, you need a place to sleep and take a shower? This place is located right on the Rox. Excellent location closer to ships,restaurants, Sensoji temple. Don't expect anything

Hotel Trend Asakusa is a small hotel located at a crowded street. Everything is near the hotel, temple, tons of restaurants, metro station. The staff are helpful and friendly, the room are tidy and clean. The only weakness is no elevator.

Good location, needs some uodating/”
Great location and the staff are very friendly. Just a short walk from lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful temple. Rooms are very small but adequate, however the carpets throughout are badly stained and the walls are scuffed and in need of a good coat of paint which is a shame as it lets it down. There is no lift so if you have mobility issues it could be a problem.

For budget travelers and those who don't mind the less than stellar facilities, then this place is for you. Very convenient place to stay at and is located in one of the most touristy spots in Tokyo. Perfect for tourists.

Right in the center of the tourist area around the Sensoji Temple (10 minutes away). Not too near to be too crowded or noisy. Many restaurants, ramen houses, convenient stores and several malls within walking distance of the hotel. It's a hotel, no lobby, no kitchen, no restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions regarding trains and directions.

Good location in Asakusa ”
Near to sensoji temple with lotsa dining options around. Different train lines are around and within walking distance. No lift but the hotel staff helped to put our luggage into the room before we came back during check in time. Room is small but I guess typical of Tokyo hotels.
