Very near to ueno east. We took room w double decker and double bed. Got alot of space to walk around and salah. Coin laundry and iron available. 10min walking distance to ueno station (got easy links to big stations)

Family with Children”

This is one of the best hotel chain in Japan i feel. It allows us to stay with our kids. Space management is good. Toilet and bath area fantastic. Location is also good. Quiet, super easy access to Lawson and Family Mart. Good if you are travelling in a group of 4 or 6 with kids.

Great space for a family with kids.”

The room is quite spacious and my kids love the bunk beds. Only downside was that the room temperature was too high and we were so hot during our first night. Then we told the staff how we were so hot, they adjusted the temperature for us. We slept really well the second night. It was quite a walk to the station but we got some good walking exercise out of it. Will stay here again!

Great and comfortable place for family”

10mins walk from ueno station. Very clean room, spacious for family of 5. Kitchen with utensils, dinning table. I will stay here again. Laundry machine can be improved. Dryer not powerful enough for family size laundry.

Good location. Near Ueno Stations for subway and JR trains.”

Very professional staff. We arrived late at the hotel around 1.30am and found out that the main entrance was locked. We saw no more was inside through the glass door. We pressed the intercom button at the side wall and the staff responded quickly and came out to process our check-in. We then realized that the reception is only open until 11pm. For their guests, the room card is programmed to unlock the main entrance door if they come back later than 11pm.

Plenty of room for the kids”

We have a 3yr old and 1yr old who loved the apartment. They could see the trains out the window and had loads of room to play. They also loved the bath. Everthing was clean and modern. The beds were a little hard but this see.s to be the norm in Japan. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

Very new hotel with modern deco”

The family room for 4 is very nicely designed - big and spacious enough for a group of 4. All facilities are very new and well catered for. The small kitchenette (with brand new utensils) and also a microwave come are excellent for light cooking. Each bed comes with its on reading light and USB charger. The mattress on the bunk beds were quite hard though.. Suggest that the same 6 inch mattress should be used instead, like the main beds. The hotel is quite a long walk (about 12 to 14 min) from the Ueno JR station and Ginza line station. There are many eateries not far from the hotel and a 24 hours eating down the street. Would recommend family to stay here if you do not mind a bit of walking to and fro the stations.

It's not far from Ueno Station. Asakusa temple is in the walking distance if you'd like to take a bit excercise. Ameyayoko Market is not far from hotel too. The hotel is clean and provides the kitchenette for you to make a light cook. Overall is very good! Recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, big and clean”

The hotel is bigger than normal Japanese hotel. As the hotel was opened in Feb 2018, everything in the hotel are very new. Staff are responsive. It will be better if they can be more flexible when we asked for late checkout at 12 noon (instead of the 11am).

Spacious room for 4 people”

Room is spacious, staff is not bad. Need to walk around 10 mins from station to hotel. But good for 4 people to stay together. we can cook our breakfast in a day, the cookware is provided. But staff do not clean completely during our 4 days living, need to improve.

Room is spacious equipped with a nice and small kicten. The design is modern and comfy. This is luxurious to have a big table and chairs within room in Tokyo. My personal favorite is socket and lighting arrangement for every sigle bed!

Only first day had kinds of tea bags supplied, I don’t understand why no refilled anymore. After few days nothing tea bags supplied. Asked staffs and replied “yes” no more, sorry. I think every hotel to supply tea bags are basically.

Sleep well”

The location of the hotel is about 15 mins walk from Ueno JR station and if you want to go to the Ueno Park, there are short cut across the hotel which is a footbridge over the rail tracks. Once across the bridge, the Ueno park is just within 10 minutes walk. Our room have double deck bed which is perfectly suit my boys and the room size is large enough to have a table with four seats and kitchen to cook. The room is quite warm and I would suggest switch the heat off or low and open the window for some fresh air.

One of the rooms we got the aircon only has heater functions but no cool or wind options making the room very stuffy. The hotel staff should inform us when we checked in and did not offer to change room for us. I assume the hotel is fully booked?

An apartment away from home”

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in groups. The place had a seperate toilet, bathroom, Kitchen and bedroom. The place was roomie and has vast amount of space for 5+ people to stay in. The hotel is central to Tokyo and easy to get to from the train station nearby that takes you to and from Narita airport direct. It is also close to the JR line which is convenient with the JR pass.

6-bed room for group”

Large room, separate toilet, washing basin and bathroom was suitable for group or family. Kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave. Pillows not soft enough. Mattress for double deck bed is so hard, it is suggested to replace a thicker one. We come back on second night and found that no house keeping was came, all rubbish and used towels are still inside the room. Called front desk but got that house keeping staff has off duty. Laundry just opposite to our room, 100 yen for detergent, washing machine and dryer. No need to bring so many clothes, we wash every night. Hotel located at the JR Ueno, but far from the centre of the ueno. Need to walk 10-15mins to the centre shopping area and Skyliner.
