Very good location and have good price”
Its located near with anything - main street, shopping center, restaurant, supermarket, etc. And i love the room its quite private and do not have a lot of noise. And anytime i need something, there is supermarket beside the hotel which part of the hotel

The staff was really friendly, helpful but communication in english was not easy. The first room i had was quite dirty, short complain and a got a new one but i guess it is mainly the first view thats counts. so even though the second room was clean, i was not satisfied i with the general cleanness.

Thanks Mr. Mathias for your time for the review. We will put more effort to ensure our quality of room cleaning. Yes for communication in english, we will teach our staff more, since most of our people just a local people thats why we need to teach more for them. but in the end, thanks for your time for the review.

thanks for your time mr rachmat for the review. yes since we are budgeted hotel, we keep it simple. we take consideration for main thing that customer need. thats why we add some facility like minimarket, restaurant, spa, and take a lot of consideration about the transport and easy access (we have 2 access right not, from main street and second street). But in the end, we will add more value and something that matters to customer. thanks for your time mr. rachmat.

This hotel was Dirty. Hair in the bed, disgusting wall, noisy.Breakfast is a joke !! Im not asking for a lot but this place was aweful and the staff really not nice and triky.. Try to put me in a taxi for 100.000 R as i ask where the Harbor was.. I walk there and it is a 10 minutes walk.. Really i hated this place and the people..

Hello Veronique from switzerland.. Very apologize for the inconvenience and the tricky employee. we will make it sure, in the future not do same thing again. We will give our main priority to the readiness of the room. for the breakfast since we are budget hotel with one of the lowest price in the city, we keep it very simple the breakfast. but again we apologize for the breakfast. in the future we will give more value to match with the expectation of the price. Since some time we got bad employee, they try to get more money to tricky some customer., but we will make sure to avoid that kind of employee. The harbour is very near with our hotel , and thats right only by walk around 10 min. Since right now in Indonesia, we also have online transporation, its more easy and convenient to go anywhere. Again sorry for the bad experience. but we will make it sure and make it better in the future.

I have a bad experience for this service hotel.”
No one best can be mentions for it.
I'm only stay 2 days from my all days booking (3 night), because the service and the conditions of facilities is not relevance with the description in an introduce leaflet hotel on Agodas anouncement.

No Value for Money, the Hotel is Dirty”
Centrally located, near to food festival area, check in was easy
Horrible! The room is dirty, the bathroom just like hell, dusty, i mean everything is dirty! . Absolutely nothing is value for money in this Quint Hotel. No offense but true.

The hotel is old and rundown. The front building appearance looks nice; however, the room is dirty. Not worth the money.

We are really apologize for the unmatching expectation. in 2013, we did many renovation , and we realize that we dont put a lot of focus on cleaning, We just put more effort on adding facility and renovation because it just changing management . Now we have put more focus on the hotel cleaning , we hope in the future it could match with your expectation.

Spacious dining area
The rooms we stayed in are dirty. No towels, blanket nor toilet paper were provided. There wasn't any housekeeping either when we stayed there for two nights. The hotel is quite dirty due to the renovations going on.

Het verblijf was wel goed ik sliep er alleen. Het hotel is niet aan te bevelen voor mensen met hoge eisen t.a.v. schoonmaken.

harga dan lokasi strategis
Pertama kalinya saya terkejut dengan harga hotel yang relatif murah dan terletak dipusat kota, terutama di Jalan Wakeke. di depan hotel ini merupakan sepanjang jalan kuliner di Manado. sayangnya hotel ini kurang terawat, kamar mandi juga kurang bersih, tetapi hotel ini cocok untuk backpacker atau solo traveler yang hanya menumpang tidur.

Tapi dengan begitu, resources yang ada menjadi tidak cukup untuk menjaga perawatan hotel dan kebersihan hotel.
