The Perfect Solution And Location”
I Am Really Enjoyed Every Minute in This Stay ,, The Location Are Perfect .. in The Middle Of Most Important locations ,, 4 Minutes Walk To Edgware Road ,, 4 Minutes Walk To Oxford Road , 5 Minutes Walk To Marylebone Station ,, 7 Minutes Walk To Hyde Park ,, Everything is Close ,, And About The Staff ,, They Are Very Good With Us ,, Even There is Some Staff Can Speak Arabic (My Language) ,, About The Price ,, is Very Good Comparing With Other Surrounded Hotels .. Great location low standard ”
rooms were very small and looks very old. loopy was nice and big & location was great.

Great Location ”
The hotel was in great location, however, I was expected better stranded of the rooms. I booked 2 rooms one single was very small and not furniture looks old.

Disappointing..”
Unfortunately the room did not match with the pictures provided although we made sure to check the pictures of our booked room (which was superior). The pictures showed a larger room with an espresso coffee machine. This however was not the case at all and the fact that I brought my own capsules to enjoy that service caused more disappointment. Moreover, when we requested the coffee machine from reception they asked us to upgrade to business.. and the explanation given was ‘Yes we do receive this kind of complains from clients because sometimes pictures on the internet show the best rooms not the regular ones’. I am sad to say it was not the best experience.

The best in London”
My favourite hotel which l stay at every time l come to London. The staff is always helping you like Kamal from the reception and Attu from the concierge team. I love setting at their lobby specially at night because it's very nice and warm place

It was a great stay in the rdisson blu”
The only problem with the hotel is that they didn't provide drinkable water for me, the fridge was empty, 0 items, I stayed in the 8th floor which had old rooms but was comfy.

Great location for shopping”
Location and the staff friendlyness were the pros of this hotel. The price was a bit high although i think most hotels in that area are expensive

Problems during my stay”
First of all i would like to say that this hotel is one of the favourite hotels for me because of the location and facilities but this time i faced some problems, the first one that was the flush handle in the toilet wasnt working and i have to call everyday to fix it! the second problem, the housekeeper bags were inside my cabinet those bags contains docs of tax return for an amount!! i complained to the management but no action was taken and they promised to email me with the investigation result!! moreover, i booked a none smoking room and i confirmed that to the reception but at the end they gave me a smoking room.
