Great location”
We checked in without​ a hitch. Room was big and clean. Although elevator was really really small. The smallest elevator I've ever seen. It's like a business hotel in an upscale shopping district. The hotel is along Avenue Louise where all the designer boutiques are located. The Filipino staff as usual were always smiling. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was good. A balance of good carbs, high protein & fiber for just €15 (if breakfast is not included in your hotel booking). I can recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very Comfortable”
Super comfortable. Clean and spacious room. Good bed, fluffy pillows, towel warmer in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location but a little away from city centre, about 20 minutes.

Good business hotel”
Location, spacious rooms
Very convenient business hotel in an upscale neighbourhood. The family room is very spacious and comfortable enough for en extended stay. However the sauna is only open from 6 - 10 pm and basic amenities like Q-tips and bathrobes are not provided. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafés.

Nice Place to Stay”
Location, Staff and Facilities
My room was a bit on the small size compared to my previous multiple stays but nonetheless it was a pleasant experience. As usual the staff were marvellous at trying to accomodate my wishes.

This hotel is very well located in the heart of Brussels, with most interesting place of the city at walking distance. it is also close to public transport and 20' drive from the airport

Good hotel for a business stay. ”
Close to public transport, comfortable room and provides for the business traveller
Overall it was a good experience although when I called and asked for room service I was initally told it was only served from 7pm. Although the room service menu had particular options that were 24 hours. When I raised this the person said they would try and find someone! I did get the food but sat waiting not sure whether or not I would be receiving a meal before having to leave for an event. I think if they offer food before 7pm then there should be someone to prepare it and to have come back to me and said I would be getting my food in a set amount of time.

Everything I wished for”
clean big rooms with modern bathroom
nice hotel of luxury category in a seemingly quiet area of town. the rooms are nice and big with relatively new and modern bathroom and separate toilet. the hotel has parking space but you have to pay extra and i found it a bit expensive. the gym is very basic and the quality of the equipment is not very good. don't know how far it is to get to the points of interest in brussels but there a many restaurants around and it is pleasant to walk through the quiet streets.

great location, well accessible, near to Avenue Louise
The staff could be more helpful
I stayed at Bristol Stephanie Hotel for the first time. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean. I was disappointed by the service of the breakfast room staff. They made the guests stand at the entrance for a long time until a table was assigned, they cleared the tables slowly and their general attitude was not friendly. I was also disappointed by the breakfast choice.

Very well located in the shopping area. Very big rooms. Price for the quality.
No double bed available. Very standard breakfast for € 27.
The hotel is very well located. we did not use the hotel parking (€ 25 per night), we could find parking spaces just in front of the hotel. Big rooms but accessible by the back of the hotel. Very classical decoration but comfortable. Just standard breakfast, not worth the € 27 per persons. No double beds available.

Prima appartement, alleen badkamer is nodig aan een update nodig. Tegels op de vloer liggen bijna allemaal los. dit kan echt nniet. voor de rest prima.

Hôtel bien placé mais peu de facilité si vous êtes en voiture avec parkings à distance. Sinon chambre spacieuse, calme et propre
