My family had a great stay even though it was just an overnight stay.The host was kind to accomodate our request and hassle free check-in and check-out.The unit is not so brand new because you can see some cracked wood on the floor but the host make sure that the place is clean.Thanks Roldan!

The place has an excellent location, with great views around the area. The condo unit is well furnished giving you less to fuss about. The staff, Mr. Ram was very respectful and professional when he handled a very much irritated me (stress from work, lack of sleep and a direct fly over to Manila from Davao). None the less the place gave me what I needed, an ideal location for my work, with the space and privacy I need to recharge when I am done. I could say that the unit has seen better years, but time does that to us all. We had some problems with booking but I think it wasn't the fault of Ram and Roldan. Agoda failed to mention their standard check-out and check-in times which forced me to adjust my schedule in creative ways. Anyway I still recommend their place for every business traveler.
