Find hotels in Bhandup

​ ​I had booked this Hotel as a New Year Celebration Gift to my daughter along with her 2 friends. The 1N/2D booking was a kind of trial, as I am planning a Family Holiday in Feb. So was considering this Hotel for the same. The booking included a double room with an extra paid bedding plus breakfast. Everything was good... Staff, Facilities, Cleanliness, but surprisingly, there was no extra bed provided to the Girls, when they returned after celebrating New Year Eve. As they were already late, they couldnt even sleep properly on 1 double bed due to space constraint. As a result of which, they had to get up late in the morning. They were not provided Breakfast inspite of repeated requests. They could have been compensated with lunch instead. But it was denied at hotel's end. Why were they not provided with Extra Bed & Breakfast. I really feel sad for the girls at it left with a unpleasant experience at the end. Now, how could one consider this Hotel again with such experience!
