We came here before Songkran, very less people, this hotel also can rent motosai. For Koh Si Chang a motosai trip is enough! Quiet place and nice price food, I like here, will be back!

Can not talk any english, took long time to get keys, no idea why not ready when booked and paid already... Party out side my room to 4am, why not tell other guest to not party at the hotel.

Great location, nice room”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The house can be reached by foot within 10-12 minutes from the pier where the boat from Sri racha arrives. Te location is great, it's on the main road, close to many restaurants and small "shops" (tante Emma laden). You can her scooters for 300 baht here over night and I believe there is also a small coffee and toast breakfast, however I never woke up early enough (until 10) to try it. The owners are friendly, their English is limited but just enough for the most important information. The room we had was nice and cosy, however if you are fond of cozy an aft mattresses you might be disappointed! We left with a bit of a neck pain... The bathroom was small and the shower was not separated, but one should expect that on an island like koh si Chang, facilities are a bit older and not up to hotel standards, but function very good, everything was perfectly clean aswell! We even got a free scooter ride to the pier when we left.

Very Good Experience”
I was in Koh Sichang with my crew to do a Lord of the Flies themed photoshoot. The owner of Big House put us in touch with the local mayor who arranged for kids. The hotel let us have pizza party for the kids after the shoot and was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and is in a super convenient location.

Service mind of owner and clean place”
Our family spend time for holiday.We do really impress in good service mind of owner ,clean place,not expensive price and location. On our next trip on Kohsichang we will re-visit this place . Only one point , that air conditioner dropped air flow to only 1 point. So we feel cold.

Budget Accom.”
Big House is on the main road near The Old Palace.There are restaurants vicinity.I would recommend 'Pa Noi Seafood' in a short walk .Breakfast is not provided,but next 2 blocks away ,must try very tasty food.Big House is not next to the sea.Need to rent local tuk tuk to visit different side of the island.

Recommend to anyone”
Nice location and cozy room. You can see the sea from the balcony. The owner lend you the motorbike at reasonable cost. The breakfast restaurant just near to the hotel is a plus, they serve the fine breakfast (western, thai, korean). Only thing disturbed me was the noise from outside in the morning. It seemed that someone was fixing the motor.

Nice place and very nice owners”
The hotel is clean and well maintained. The owners were very nice and helpful. We were assisted to carry our luggage to the rooms and they even shared a motorbike for a 1 minute ride as we have forgotten our keys in our friends place. I recommend as it is worth the money and the people over there are very kind.

Bed is hard as stone”
Bed was very ditsappointing. I travel whole day on kohsichang island and in the night when I had to sleep in that stone bed.. uggggh, I had back ache in the next morning. Besides that, the staff were very friendly and location is not so far from the pier.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and facilitate whatever we requested. Continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and more than just toast. Our rooms were immaculate and had a wonderful view from the balcony of the ocean! Highly recommended!
