Staff were a little rude as we checked in 20 mins late due to the miscalculation in travel time. Although I have stated a late check-in, she to kld me off that I might not get to check in the next time if I am late again. But I dont think there will be a next time.

Very spacious and well equipped for family with young children.

Big 4 is the best choice for family with young children. They provide playground for the children and a well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The room has a heater too .

Unfriendly staff”

View, location and great place to play

Holiday park is great as the view is nice, kids can play on the grassed area however the pool is cold and dirty. Our room had ants and when reported to owner I was handed insect spray and told that's expected in this weather (20c). Lack of help resulted in two adults and 2 kids sleeping in one bed and husband on the couch. The next day when we removed the mattress there were lollies left from previous occupants. I spoke with owner who promised room would be serviced however they didn't..
