New and clean accommodation with friendly staff”
Highly Recommend to all who will travel to EL NIDO. Before I stayed in bill inn, my first accommodation was located in Main Street, I woke up early everyday because of the noise started from about 5:30AM. Fortunately, as my second accommodation, bill inn was good and I really loved this place sooooo much! 1. one mins walk you could access the main area. With fewer tricycle noise, could have a great sleep until morning. 2. SMART TV! ! For those who travel alone or don’t like to enjoy pub life at night, the smart TV here would be your best friend all night. I really enjoyed playing music or watching Netflix. 3. New and clean room The building looked new and room was clean. Even if there were a few of ants in the room, but this was not a big problem. They only appeared in floor or wall rather than bed. 4. Comfortable chairs outside of the room Every morning, It was very relaxing for me sitting on the outside chairs and enjoyed the Mountain View, the sunshine and fresh air as well.

It’s a very good hotel with kind staff and nice rooms. Loved the mirror on top of the bed. Bathroom was big. Please note there’s no elevator and it’s a four floors bulding - not a problem for me.

When I arrived, I had no trashbin in the room. The door and faucets are old. Room size is ok. Bed is comfortable but the blanket is thin and the air conditioner is not responsive to temperature adjustment of the remote. The location is good. Everything is within walking distance.

This hotel is really in bad shape and need renovation. Bathrooms are terrible. Noise from the construction next door. In the El Nido town centre, but everywhere in El Nido is easy to reach by motobike or tricycles. Not recommended, for it doesn't worth the price.

a very good place to stay”
It's hard to find a quality hotel in el nido and the Bill Tourist Inn is one of them. The building is beautiful with nice colors at night, i've stayed there 5 nights. The room was clean and big with large flat screen tv and a king size bed so big that u can sleep 3 people on it ! There was only one electrical outlet in the main room it's a bit shame, but there's 2 in the bathroom... The wifi is ok. Aircon is good and silent. The bathroom is big and in good state with hot shower. There's a balcony outside where u can sit and enjoy the mountain view wich is better at the 2d floor. All the staff are friendly. This hotel provide electricity 24/24 thanks to their generator while it's cut everywhere in el nido from 6am to 2pm. Excepted when there's only 1 guest in the hotel, they cut the generator and it was the case once when i was there. It's quite expensive but in this area comfort has a price... The breakfast is very good and included in the price, they don't provide lunch and dinner. They also propose tours and motorbike rental. You're only less than 10 min walking from the el nido beach where u can find resto, bar, stores... But there's a very pity thing with their web site, if you use the contact form and send a message it's not working and there's no email or phone number anywhere ! I wonder how many reservations they missed because of this... Overall i highly recommend this hotel wich is one of the best in the place. :-)

Best vale for the money, friendly staff”
My stay was great at this hotel. I walked around several hrs to find a place in El Nido. At first I wanted beach front but for the price the older hotel charged not to mention noisy ness it was simply not worth it. Bill Tourist hotel was new believe it was built in 2013. Decor is nice and modern. Staff amazing when it came to making you feel welcome. Heidi who work in the front desk was incredibly polite and friendly. Room was large and very clean. The only draw back which I though could make my stay better is the fact that Internet is only available in the lobby downstairs, and they need to put a safe in the room. Other than that the views were great and 5 minute to the beach and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a good find.

My stay was really comfortable. Location wise it is not bad at all. El Nido is a small town walking from the hotel is a breeze going to nearby restaurants. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Buffet Breakfast was included in our package and I may say it was awful. Coffee was diluted. It was like drinking hot water. Pancakes were nasty to the taste. Sausage and other items in the menu were hardly indigestable. Good thing they included eggs and that was the only edible food on the table. The point is why serve buffet breakast just to say there are a variety of choices? Why not just serve plated ones which are in good taste. Just a suggestion though. Overall, I would still recommend Bill Tourist Inn.

I commed the staff of Bill Tourist Inn for being honest. My son left his rayban eyewear in their room and Rose of reception informed me through a text message and had it delivered from El Nido to a hotel in Puerto Princesa via lexxus van transport. Big thanks to Rose! Rooms are spacious, airconditioning is working well, rooms are cleaned upon request. The staff are accomodating with all the requests that we had. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet served daily. The only negative comment I have for this property is the quality of water they have. It smells and light brown/yellow in color. I filled my bath tub with hot water and it was filled with yellow/light brown water. They said that this has always been part of the negative reviews about the inn. I hope that they would remedy this as soon as possible.

Great value for El Nido!”
Good stay. I liked the hotel. The rooms are pretty standard, nothing extravegant, but they were clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet didn't work well in our room for our phones, only our macbook could get internet in there, but they had little tables and chairs outside the room where the internet worked well. On a side note with the internet, when traveling to the philippines, just get a SIM card there. I paid 700 pisos ($17 or so) for unlimited data on a pre-paid SIM card (GLOBE) for the week I was there. Totally worth it, make sure they configure the card though correctly using http for the data addresses in the settings, I had to go back and have them fix it. El Nido and Puerto Princesa even has 4G (though the speeds are limited to around 3G speeds in general I found, but not bad for an island in the middle of nowhere). The shower water was discolored and had a smell too, but perhaps this is an issue with El Nido water in general? Didn't really bother me overall, we were after all out in the middle of pretty much nowhere and El Nido is amazing. Nice staff. They will not clean your room automatically, but they did ask if I wanted it clean on my way out the first morning, so just let them know and they'll take care of it for you. That seemed to be the norm at most places we stayed in the Philippines, cleaning wasn't automatic but they had either a button to press or you just told the staff and they'd do it. Breakfast was decent Filipino fair (rice, meats, breads, Tang, eggs to order how you like them).

Well worth the money, very nice and new”
This place is basically brand new, very nice and clean. As long as your not looking for an ocean view this place is fantastic. My girlfriend and I spent the few extra dollars to upgrade to a nicer unit and it was well worth it. We had a king size bed, AC and a private patio on the top floor. The staff were very nice and helpful, the complementary breakfast surpassed our expectations as well (as long as your not too picky). We had other friends staying in three other hotels in the area for roughly the same price (if not more ) and we all agreed that our room at bill tourist inn was the nicest by far

Big Nice Bill Inn”
Modern style hotel, with spacious decorated rooms with mirrows. Especially the family room had lot of space for El Nido. The best hot water pressure we found in El Nido. Friendly and helpful staff that greet with smiles everyday. Assist to arrange any trip.Arranged trip in minivan to Nacpan beach only for 2 of us for the group price. Guys always helped with the luggage. Great service, excellent staff, decent prices for El Nido! No wonder hotel is often fully booked. There is a spider that lives in the family room on the fround floor behind the furniture , just don’t be scared and don’t touch him as he is harmless and runs away if you notice him. In the end, he has been living there much more than you do)

Value for Money with good location”
The hotel is within the El Nido town area but few meters away from the beach. We like the place because it's more quiet compared with the other hotel near the beach site. Overall, we love our stay in Bill Tourist Inn.

I had a good stay”
This hotel is one of the better hotels in El Nido since all the others are just inns and pension houses. It's not beach front, but the beach is about 3-4 minutes walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was so so.. not much variety, but I guess you can't expect a lavish hotel with this price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel bed was comfortable, nice water pressure and nice airconditioning. TIP: when going for activities, may it be island tours or getting a tricycle ride, ask help from the reception and ask for a discount. They will give you tourist friendly price way better than if you ask for it elsewhere.

It is really Well located , room are really clean and spacious ! Personnel is Friendly i hightly recomand this place for a trip to el nido ! We have a great time and breakfast is included ! Wifi connection is really good for palawan ! Of course its not a resort on the beach but its perfect for travelers who want to do Island hoping and enjoy the Life of el nido

The place is perfect. It is just a walk away to town and going to the tour yet nice and quiet at night. It is conducive to stay...big and clean room, comfortable bed, and breakfast is simple but it is satisfying. I loved it. But what would make me come back to Bill Tourist Inn the staff are accommodating even as early as 4:30am. Thank you guys. I will definitely see you again.
