    Helpful staff, value for money ”

    The owner is helpful, gave us more parking access card when I requested for it. The room is good and it is very near to our meeting place. All the cleaning staff and kitchen staff are available. Just the air con in living room not function, but luckily the air inside the room is ok. Cleaniness required to improve as see some small croachrachs in the living room.

    Honest review”

    Unit is nice and cozy Overall cleanliness is average Smooth check in and check out Good amenities provided 👍🏻 However there are several things need to improve 1. bed not soft and you can feel the spring mattress 2. Shower drain are clogged with hair in both toilet 3. Bugs in the toilet and cockroach around the house 4. Netflix in french language. Very hassle to watch tv 5. Internet coverage sometime poor

    For me it good place. 3 room and big hall. Can fix more than 6 adult. The view just see the building. Cannot see klcc. The house is clean but first i check in that house it smelly. After that it gone. So far for me it okey

    Unit was much better. An office space converted into living space, unit much larger but holds old office furniture. Unit is make shift living and can be better. Must recognize the great service from Amir and the security guards especially Raja. Extremely helpful. I would recommend this place 50% if you're only looking for the night to stay. Hot water is an issue. Space is large. Second bedroom is very small with single bed. You must have an adapter plug converter to recharge phones.

    The location is great, but the unit is rather disappointing”

    Practical stay as it was only one night in the city. Won’t recommend for holiday stay. Some highlights: 1) Only 3 towels were provided for 5 pax. 2) Shower gel in both of the toilets were not enough. They were practically empty. 3) There’s faulty at the kitchen cabinet’s door under the sink, that could cause leg injury. 4) Not enough pillows for 5 pax. Extra pillow in the cupboard have no covers/pillow sheets. 5) There’s faulty at one of the doors that is hazardous to children.

    I wouldn't recommend this unit unless you essentially need a bed to sleepover at night. Bathroom is not good with water flooding over the shower area. No squeejies to pull the water. Bathroom has no towel rail to hang. Water heater was good. Staff service was extremely helpful. Guards were great and helpful. Amir is very good in helping. Security Raja is a very nice helpful person. Place needs good accomodations attention.

    Toilet’s light coudnt function well, once we open whole room black out. We did inform to person incharge but there’s no update. Since only 1 night stay, so it didnt bother much. Overall its all good for stay 👍🏼

    Although the location was good, the unit we were in was not maintained well. Carpets were dirty and furniture was dusty. Running water was murky with rust in the beginning.

    Bad service ”

    Agent told me the key is missing after i check out and refused to give back the deposit. i have to call and talk through that i will log police report since i already put the key back in the mailbox and will get permission to view the cctv. only after that they agree to give me back the deposit. such a mess.

    Bad Host unit 11-2”

    Host not responsive and does not appear in person. Living room, toilets and kitchen were not sufficiently clean for guests. Shower cubicle was water-logged and there were cockroaches in kitchen. Nobody came to rectify the situation when complaint was made. The unit was also like a partial store-room for owner. Security was good and helpful. Host Md Al Imran Tuhin aka Paul.

    Property No 8-1 Is The Worst Place Ever”

    The worst homestay I’ve ever stayed in which the owner/agent is just looking for money and totally ignored customer basic needs and amenities i.e. mineral water, sejadah, kiblat sign. For the same amount you paid, you can probably get smaller place with all the basic amenities from a hotel. Besides that, the agent / owner is not friendly at all especially in responding to customer query and have no manners at all. I strongly would not recommend this property to anyone based on my worst experience ever.

    I'M NOT RECOMMEND to anybody bcoz the worst apartment suite so far i stayed. We stayed at Unit 11-2, level Floor. View not nice and the apartment also not suitable with the price. THE WORST APARTMENT SUITE..CANNOT CALLED LUXURY SUITE ASIA at all. I gave 2 stars ONLY.

    Can't check-in early. Dusty, dirty and smelly. No cleaning was done. Leak on ceiling. Broken TV. Faulty induction cooker. Can't cook. Apartment was not well maintained. View from apartment and swimming pool was bad. Can't see KLCC at all. Felt being scammed.
