luxury!”
The Bintang Fairlane Residences were a pleasant surprise. We were familiar with KL but had no idea this amazing apartment building was tucked in between some of the most amazing shopping locations. The apartment security was extremely friendly and it was reassuring that swipe cards were necessary to get into the lift as well as your apartment. The apartment itself had a huge flat screen TV set up in a very comfortable lounge room. The addition of the DVD was useful after purchasing DVD's from local vendors. The kitchen facilities were more than anyone could ever need. After travelling for over 10 days the washer and dryer was a luxury that this seasoned traveller had never experienced in any apartment and is something that in future I will be looking for. The location to Seungi Wang plaza and lot 10 and local restaurants were just minutes away. For true Malay food there is an out door food stalls. The food is well prepared, delicious and cheap. It has always been a rule of thumb when looking for true local cuisine is to look where the locals are eating. You maybe the only westerner there but the food is delicious and the locals are very welcoming. The only negative with the Bintang was the breakfast. It was very, very limited. I had read reviews prior to booking with breakfast and had thought that people may have been a bit harsh with reviews. Unfortunately, all these reviews are accurate. One would be better off buying a box of cereal and a loaf of bread from lot 10 supermarket and having your breakfast in your apartment. I would stay at the Bintang Fairlane any time that I return to Kuala Lumpur and feel like I have found a little diamond. What a beautiful place to stay.

Well price hotel for comfortable family stay”
I don't usually stay at the Bukit Bintang area to avoid the traffic jam and also relatively premium price. However I chanced upon an offer for Fairlane at a reasonable rate and the apartment seemed to be big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults + 1 teen + 1 young kid). Reading the reviews it seemed like a place to try out for a couple of nights even though not all the reviews were that great. So after driving 4 hours we entered the Bukit Bintang area expecting a massive jam that would force us to sit for endless hours. Surprisingly though the traffic wasn't all that bad, although the way the road designed forced us to go around the same block twice looking for an entrance. Not really the hotel's fault but I think better signage would have been most helpful. Checking in was a breeze, we were attended to by staff who was ever so friendly and helpful. Do remember to ask for Wifi access when you check in, it isn't super fast but the speed was consistent and allowed casual browsing. The apartment was definitely big enough although having 2 entrance to the single bathroom could lead to embarrassing moments if one forgets to lock both doors. Breakfast, though simple was nice and had a family like atmosphere. Being right in the middle of Bukit Bintang meant all the major shopping centres were within walking distance. I doubt anyone would have any difficulties finding anything even at odd hours. All in all we enjoyed our short stay at Fairlane and would definitely come back again for an ever longer stay.

Great Apartment in Downtown KL - Bukit Bintang”
My one night stay at Bintang Fairlane Residences was a great experience! Enjoyed the lovely room which was spacious and clean. The Kitchen and apartment was well equipped with all amenities even for a long stay. Location was great which was directly opposite Sungei Wang and 1 min walk to nearby Lot 10. No qualms on service, staff was courteous and friendly. A 24-hrs convenience store was located right round the corner. A great residence which is safe for family and FITs as there are security officers located around all entrances to the lifts up the residences. A great stay but a little too short to experience more of the hospitality in Bintang Fairlane Residences. I will certainly be back for the experience!

Excellent city hideaway”
Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Bintang Fairlane Residences. The apartment is very modern with cable TV, fridge, even washing machine! Location is excellent, right in the heart of bukit bintang, although it is a little hard to find at first (as the entrance is in a small side street off the main road). The included breakfast could have included more choices, but it was good enough to keep us going to lunch. I used to stay in the Darby Park Apartments when in KL, but now I will choose Bintang Fairlane as my first choice from now on. Highly recommend!

Blessing in disguise”
I did not end up staying in Bintang Fairlane Residences for my trip as the unit that i'd booked was not available to us. The management made excellent re-arrangements to house me at Tribeca Bintang Residence instead. Thus my review will be for Tribeca. It was an amazing experience with the staffs at Tribeca and the unit arranged for me was really good! Facilities and amenities of Tribeca is really something i will return again for!

Bintang Fairlane Residence is a perfect hotel/resi”
Bintang Fairlane Residence is a perfect hotel/residence in KL-BukitBintang! Only 1 minute walk to Train Station; 3 minutes walk to downtown Bintang Walk; 5 minutes walk to the huge mall Pavilion. With fully kitchen equipment is very satisfaction. Basically, Bintang Fairlane Residence is completely great!!! We will be back again and again, surely!

Loved everything about this place”
Bintang Fairlane Residences are exactly as depicted in the adverising. It was great having so many appliances at hand, especially the big fridge and the washer/dryer. It is located right in the middle of everything. Next door to Lot 10 and directly across from BB Plaza and Sungei Wang. Easy walking distance (via Pavilion Shopping Centre) to Petronas Twin Towers and about 20 minutes walk to Petaling Street Markets in Chinatown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice, but not much changed from day to day. Absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity.

The kind that makes you just wanna stay in the apa”
Located just behind Lot 10 Shopping mall, you're within short walking distances to Pavilion, Times Square and other major shopping centres. The serviced apartment is fully sufficient with washing machine/ dryer, kitchen stove, and all things u need at home. The highest floor contains the gym and the roof, the swimming pool that offers great view. And don't worry on buying groceries to cook at the apartment.. supermarkets are located at major shopping malls i.e Giant Hypermarket at Sungei Wang. My friends and I really enjoyed our short stay at Bintang Fairlane Residence. It was, simply put, awhsum. =)

Absolutely value-for-money, better than Marriot”
We were in KL with a large group of couples, so we had friends who were staying at Piccolo, Park Royale and JW Marriot. We decided to try a Studio Apartment instead of a regular hotel room, and Bingtang Fairlane Serviced Apartments far exceeded our expectations. We had visited our friends in their rooms in Piccolo, Marriot, Park Royale and found that for a cheaper price, we enjoyed our stay just as much or even more than a hotel room. Additionally, Bingtang Fairlane's location is within the KL Bukit Bintang area, so location is a plus as well. Highly recommended~

An comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
We book a unit with two bed room (1xKing Bed and 1xSingle) with an extra bed in living room + a bid sofa set. There is also a dinning area and kitchen facilities as well as washing machine. The view are good and there is nice Gym at 26 floor as well as roof top swimming pool. We manage to use the Gym during our stay. The Hotel is wall to wall attached to the Park Royal hotel conveniently beside LOT 10 shopping mall which is connected to Bukit Bintang LRT. The only thing that is not provided is the Tooth Brush which you could easily get them from the GIANT convenient stall near by. Not much choice for the breakfast at the ground floor cafeteria but it is good enough to start the day. The Free WIFI is a plus point and you could just ask the customer service staff to provide you the login password for the number of device you want to log into the WIFI. We have a great stay over here where we could move around easily using the LRT as well as walking around the area with many shopping mall and walk to Twin Tower through the link sky bridge from PAVILION. There is also nice sea food near by along Jalan Alor in the evening. We have a relax and enjoyable stay at Bintang Fairlance Residences.

Family friendly , Perfect Location”
We recently stayed in 2 + 1 Bedroom Deluxe apartment in 'Bintang Fairlane Residences' . perfect location in Bukit Bintang . Very close to monorail station & major shopping malls like Sungei Wang Plaza, Berjaya Times Square , Fahrenheit , lot 10 etc . Perfect guidance by front desk guy 'Sarvanan' about the city attraction . Attentive staff & house keeping . Many street food stalls near around . This hotel need attention on AC which was not working in dining hall . Need little renovation of the hotel room . Other than that it was overall fine .

"Very Valuable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur”
although my request to get high floor rooms were not granted, basically our stay (group of 6 people) was nice. the swimming pool in 26th floor was very nice, the view was fascinating. also, it just a few steps to go to shopping cennters such as sungei wang plaza. however the name "bintang fairlane residences" was not familiar enough for locals. i got lost once when tried to go back to the hotel with a taxi.

Great location and huge room”
Bintang Fairlane Residences was somewhat more than what I expected. Although, not a 5 Star Hotel like Marriot, Crown Plaza, or Shangri La Hotel (which I have previously stayed in KL), Bitang Fairlane Residences has it's own uniqueness. The room was bigger then I expected. The location is in the middle of Bukit Bintang, making tourist like us to move around easily. Two complaints I would have about the place is, the breakfast is somewhat simple and not many taxi drivers know the place. However, you can ask to drop you off behind Royal Park Hotel. I would definitely revisit again.

2 is better than 1”
Been booking and staying here almost yearly when travelling with the kids. Usually would get the 2 bedroom apartment but it was unavailable during our stay. So this just a comparison between a 1 bedroom unit vs 2 bedroom unit. If you are into natural sunlight ie windows with sunrays falling into the living room, then the 1 bedroom unit is not for you. I had the chance to view 3 different units on different floors and decided to stay at level 8 unit which has 2 windows in the living room. Bedroom is like living in a box. It was alright during the day cos we have sunlight coming in. Unfortunately the next day we realized the clothes washer/dryer was broken and had to move to another unit on level 8, windows were in the master bedroom, facing the other block's window, living room had none. If you can pay more and upon availabilty, get the 2 bedroom unit cos living room and master bedroom have windows with a view. Living room space, definitely go for the 2 bedroom unit. The living room is twice the size of the compact 1 bedroom unit. I have read the reviews prior to booking the 1 bedroom unit. I do agree with one issue. Of the 2 units that i moved into, both of their toilets have that old mouldy smell. Something we could not remove even with air freshners or expensive perfumes. Its the smell from the wooden cabinet/ mirror in the toilet. Definitely will come back to Bintang Fairlane, but 2 is still better than 1

Best Location for a 'noisy' area but 'quiet' sleep”
upon arrival was greeted by friendly staff, fast and prompt check-in procedures after long travel journey. tight security at lift lobby area as security guard can be seen and access to lift lobby and lift needed key pass. room is bright and modern. looks exactly like the pictures in the website which is what i wanted with home feel. like the view outside my room as petronas towers is just on the left side. big couch to lie on when you just feel like doing nothing. swimming pool on the 26th floor has the best view of bukit bintang area which you can take photos with kl tower and petronas tower. exit from block b - lot 10, sungai wang and major shopping centres are just around the corner. jalan alor street is a good place for dinner/supper and we really enjoy the food. bukit bintang monorail is just 3 minutes away. overall it really makes us want to extend our trip in kl. thumbs up!

Great Location, Rooms a little bit sterile”
great location, situated behind the park royal hotel. not many taxi drivers knew of the bintang fairlane residences so we always told them behind the park royal as a reference. rooms were well sized, but felt a little sterile. there was no view except into the building next door, so the blinds on our large glass windows were kept down all day for a bit of privacy. the bathroom was poorly designed as the floor always got flooded after a shower. but this seems to be a common thing in all asian hotel bathrooms, so it was nothing new to me. breakfast is minimal, and the attached cafe it is served in only seats about 30 people. breakfast didn't start till 8am either, which is a bit late when you have a toddler that wakes up at 6am. the level of security was excellent. there was always a door man on duty and you need to swipe the room key to access the lifts. self-contained kitchen was great, as was the washer/dryer in the bathroom. housekeeping were called a couple of times for minor things and they were prompt in fixing any queries we had. would definitely stay here again, just because of the location and that little bit of extra room in the one bed apartment.

Clean, convenient and no fuss hotel”
I had a wonderful stay in Bintang Fairlane residences. There are many different selections of food joints and shopping centres around the hotel. The hotel's strategic location is one of the best so far. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and useful as well. Appropriate utensils and cooking equipment are readily available. The only drawback is that the price is a bit pricey.

Great alternative to a hotel”
bintang fairlane residences is much cheaper than other hotels around the area. it has a lot going for it, as can be seen from my list of pros. because the guest before me did not check out in time, the staff upgraded me to a 2-bedroom apartment instead as he didn t want us to wait; small gesture but deeply appreciated.
