This place is far from the city center but near the bus station. Good place to stay if you need to spend a night before taking another bus. Rooms are small, really small, almost just the bed but it's clean at least. They advertise they provide free breakfast but the breakfast is not enough for all the guests, just a bag of bread for all their rooms, and once it's finis...

but this quaint establishment really exceeded my expectations. The room was neither too small nor oversized, and the bathroom was sized just right. I wouldn't mind crashing here again, room is cheap as chips. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location isn't the best, but Bintulu town is only so big.

There were complaints about no hair dryers at other hotels from my female associates, and they were surprised that my hotel has it. My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay here. The decoration, ambiance, cleanliness and in-house facilities are perfect and definitely feel comfy and homey. It's nicely located at town area so you wont have much problem to look for a place to eat and to shop. Would totally recommend this place!

Still my choice of place to stay when going to Bintulu city - plenty of parking with cctv view - plenty of eateries around - nearby shopping mall - considered as centered to go anywhere around Bintulu city - staff are very helpful and nice - room are adequately clean and comfortable

Ended up staying 5 nights. Very spacious and clean room with hot water kettle and good air-con. Location was perfect for the Bintulu kite festival and there are many good restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

I stayed in a superior twin and the room was nice and clean. Came with all the basic necessities and a very filling breakfast. Location is convenient and quite centralised in Bintulu. Overall well worth the price.

This hotel is at the Bintulu City center, near to go any place. By the way, this hotel also nearly Old Sing Kwong Supermarket.

We had originally booked 3 nights but ended up staying a for a few extra as this ended up being a good place to rest after our adventures in nationals parks. Stayed a night for a business trip. Read that it's the latest hotel in Bintulu and decided to try it out. If you want peace of mind, this is the place to stay in. Excellent service and amazing friendly staff. The best budget inn in Bintulu i have stayed in so far. Go for it, you won't regret.

The room is average, new hotel so have to see if they maintain it or not. Hotel is very very noisy around pubs at night and the swiftlet houses nearby. It is located on the way to factories in Bintulu making it a good location but hotel guest must be able to bear with noises at night. There is no lift as well so try to get lower floors.

It is considered all hotel in Bintulu compare to other new hotels available especially at the new town area. Unless you're looking for nearby to Petronas Temana office this will a good location consider decent hotel.

Been staying at the hotel every time I come to Bintulu. The inn has lots of eateries nearby, close to shopping mall and not too noisy. There is a very good Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel that send your order to the room.
