The location is very convenient just opposite to the exit A of MRT Pasar Seni behind the 7-11, very near to Petaling Street The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom and toilet also inside the room, There also got a rooftop, you can have a nice view of KL here! Overall is nice, strongly recommend

Exceptional”
The best location! The room is clean and good size. Staff super nice and chill. The rooftop is a really nice place to chill out. From my room, it can be loud from the traffic outside but I did have my earplugs so that’s fine. Perfect for solo traveler.

The area is infront of Mrt and Lrt. The place have a spectacular rooftop. Quan the in charge very nice and helpful,even the owner very friendly. Budget hostel to stay clean and down 7eleven if you are tired to walk to buy urgent needs. I highly recommend this place.

Simple no frills room, excellent location and great staff”
Amazing location right next to Chinatown and the MRT (5 mins from KL Sentral). Room is simple ( you’ll need to pop out for toiletries but there is a 7eleven right below so this isn’t a problem) Bed was really comfortable and it’s quiet at night. Best part is Wandi who was very helpful and even spent an evening having drinks with us on the rooftop and entertaining us with his guitar and giving us all the tips on the local area/ food. Rooftop is really nice would recommend having some beers up there! Thank you!

Expect the unexpected”
Locals! This is a guesthouse Malaysia so do not expect as guesthouses in Bali (lol). No amenities such as toiletries. The room is slightly smaller but it fits for 2 adults. The most lovely was the rooftop, it gives me the Bali vibe (without swimming pool). Location is just nice, near to MRT Pasar Seni. The cleanliness is just nice. You have to iron the outside, btw. Overall, for locals who would like to try staying in guesthouse Malaysia, this guesthouse is recommended.

The room was alright and had what you needed. The rooftop also was really nicely decorated, just a shame the cafe wasn’t up and running. They had beers for sale though. There wasn’t much atmosphere when we came but it was a nice place to relax

Nice Hostel in perfect location”
Very nice hostel with a rooftoparea. Sadly not very social this hostel. The good part is that we got a private room on our own (we booked two dorm beds). The location could not be better, would stay there again.

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, regarding the water issue, that was unfourtunately out of our control, since there was a water disruption for the whole area. Drinking water was available at the rooftop area 24 hours. I dont see why the aircon was not working, you should have let our staff know about that, they would have been able to address this issue. As for our location, we are ontop of a Seven Eleven, right across the train station, not sure how you could not find us ??
comfortable room in nice location ”
We stayed at birdnest twice. The first time for 5 nights and we returned for one more night when we returned to KL to get a flight as we enjoyed our stay. The only small issue I had with the first stay was our room was not made up in the 5 nights we were there. If I asked they probably would have done the room but staff were not always available to ask. We did ask for a change of towels one evening when we returned from our day out which they happily provided. Overall the room was comfortable and well priced for a double with private bathroom. Road could be a little loud but we were up in the morning anyway so it was not a concern for us. Staff when around were always very welcoming and friendly.

We arrived on chinees new year in Malaysia after a 12 hour flight. Birdnest has 2 locations. Our room wasn't free so we had to go to the other cheaper location for one night. The next day we went to our booked room and this one was fine. The location is in China town with good food and crowded streets, I love it. Also the train station is nearby. From the airport we took a cab for 75 ringits and the KLIA express back both were very comfortable. When we come back to KL we would stay again in the birdnest.

Stayed here for 1 night in a twin private room, before moving on to taman Negara. Found the location to be great for bus and train stations to get round the city. A short 2 min walk to either. There was also a travel agents in the hotel next door, ideal for booking trips, but it is worth checking prices for the trips online. The only down side was that you couldn't leave the air con on when out of the room because of the keycard system for the power. But not a major issue. The room quickly cooled down as the aircon worked great.

Excellent facility in excellent location”
Very clean rooms, air con works really well and hot water in shower was great (private attached bathroom). There is a beautiful rooftop with tables and couches to read, work or hang out on and watch the sunset. Right next to train station. Best location in KL. Get space to catch some rest and rechange in comfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Newly opened guesthouse. The owner is young and very friendly. He speaks very good English. I want to keep this secret for myself, but decided to share with other travelers.
