Poor admin and managerial skills quite rude and lacked communication skills”

I was left waiting 30 mins for someone to drop the keys. There was no hot water, so no shower fo rme or my child, there was a broken glass table that my child nearly injured herself on. The booking advertised breakfast in the mornining, i didnt receive this nor could they accommodate the entertainment they promoted and offered before arrival.

A great night's stay in a great location.”

The breakfast was basic but good. The location was great for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed.
The only thing that I would say is that, due to the apartment overlooking the road, there was quite a lot of noise outside in the early hours of the morning when party goers were leaving the pubs and clubs.
