Please DON’T bother”

There was parking...
Things are falling apart in the apartment and it’s in need of decoration; please see details below; 1. Hot water stopped working, we had a visit at 11pm to fix after elderly parents and children were sleeping. Solution, don’t lock the cupboard where the boiler is located. However, to be fair, someone did come to press that button for the water to start working at 11pm (in the locked cupboard) 2. All handles and hand railings in bathroom loose and falling off - in need of urgent repair. 3. I filled bath for the kids, but the water plug would not (unplug) meaning I had to use the knife from the kitchen to unplug. 4. The bathroom was not cleaned to the standard I expect, black mould around the bathroom area, not nice and very unhygienic. 5. Tap in kitchen broken, I was a glass and I’m wet from the water pressure 6. Close to pubs, so we were up all night with the weekend rowdy people who felt they could shout and scream and sing all night 7. Stayed in many luxury apartments; this one was not worth the £160 I paid for the night. 8. Said breakfast was included - I did not appreciate this being listed, then calling up and asking for it. That’s the reason I close this apartment so we didn’t have to go out and get the breakfast items - when alerted, I was given milk and orange juice, with some cereal. Not ideal and not what was listed - very disappointing.
