The location is very good, located in the upper ring luxury residential area. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Mid-Levels Escalator, and it is also very convenient to go down to Central. If you keep walking for less than 1 kilometer, there is a 7-11 and another convenience store. There is a bus stop at the door, and bus route 12 can go directly to Central Pier, Upper Ring and Central Loop, and minibus 56A can reach Admiralty Station. In fact, you don't need to take a minibus. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, which is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Hong Kong Station, and another line goes to Admiralty Station. I would like to praise the chubby and slightly dark-skinned young man who helped me carry my luggage and reminded me to take the shuttle bus. There is also a tall and thin young man with glasses who helped me carry my luggage. There is an older Hong Kong person who I think has a mediocre attitude towards mainlanders. When I asked if it was the bus to Admiralty Station, he was not very friendly and told me it wasn't, and asked me to take a minibus at the door. I took a minibus for 10.5 yuan to Admiralty Station, but I found out later that I could have waited for 20 minutes and taken the bus to Admiralty Station at 10:30. Moreover, I later found out that I could have taken the subway from where I was to Hong Kong Station. I hope that the attitude towards mainlanders can be better. Please be patient in answering questions, after all, we are not Hong Kong people and are not very familiar with the environment. As for the accommodation environment, the single room is enough for one person, and the hygiene is also clean. The only problem is that the independent air conditioner blows on the opposite side of the bed. At night, I was either woken up by the heat or the cold. It would be better if there was central air conditioning! The advantage of this hotel is that the location is very good!

Very convenient and comfortable economical option”
I have been very pleased with my stay. The location is unbeatable for the price. Amazing view over the botanical gardens and Hong Kong park. Rooms are compact and humble but comfortable and clean. I opted for an upgrade to have some more space and the Victoria Harbour view and could not be happier with the decision. The reception staff are polite, kind and eager to accommodate requests e.g. receiving deliveries. The domestic staff were very effective, discreet and diligent with room cleaning and restocking. The restaurant, unlike most in-house restaurants in global hub cities, was both competitively priced and a very good standard of food. I tried one of the self-pick-up meals one night and would highly recommend this to anyone considering it. Delicious authentic asian food but also some high-end European food options , rounding out a bountiful menu. I noticed the restaurant was very popular whenever I passed by, and for good reason. Access to fresh water dispenser in place of bottled water (apparently HK gov has banned plastic bottles in hotels) was extremely appreciated and saved a lot of hiking with water in lieu of undrinkable tab water. One extra nice-to-have would be a better fitted gym. I appreciate space is scarce in Hong Kong (and this hotel) but it would be nice to have some free weights and a rack at a minimum. I don't suspect the cardio machines are used much anyway. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

I've stayed here for 4d and 3nights and I will definitely stay here again when I come back to hongkong. My stay was super comfortable because my room is super clean. I can feel that they thoroughly clean the room and even the bedsheets and pillows. Even the elevator gym and other facilities are super clean. There's signs that they sanitize the area every 2hrs which is a big factor for me considering I'm still very conscious of the coronavirus. They also provide 1 bottled water every day. Best of all is the complimentary shuttle bus that runs from Hong Kong station to hotel and vice versa (there is a time schedule). This is a big factor for me as I don't have to carry my luggage going to hotel. Staffs were also very polite and easy to talk to. They'll do their best to cater to your request if it is feasible. They even check me in an hour earlier than the normal since the room is already available. Ive also learned that the hotel is ran by Catholic group and I feel that the money I've paid somehow helps as well to those people that the Catholic group is helping. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I hope that everything stays the same and I will surely stay here again given the chance and hopefully the rate is still the same as it is definitely value for money.

This is a friendly, convenient, clean hotel in HK, with easy access to the midlevels escalator and to the vibrant SOHO district. There's also a shuttle bus that takes you back and forth fro Central and Admiralty. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are not large, but very clean and comfortable. This is not a hotel for those who want luxury, but in terms of value for money, it is a very good option.
