Best Bali Hotel We've stayed in! ”
A lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Bali. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The service provided was truly above and beyond. Friendly staff who helped prior and during our stay in Bisma Eight. It's clear attention to detail in service is valued at Bisma Eight. Staff were very well informed with all our queries, very informative guides provided. Welcome drinks, complimentary photoshokt etc. In close enough proximity to walk to many places. It's the best hotel we've stayed in, in Bali. However, some feedback I can provide,, - It would've been nice if we were offered an - alternative option to the complimentary couples photoshoot. But, it was complimentary in the first place! - Some of the interiors in the room could do with upgrading. But that's being pedantic. As a boutique hotel, it would've been cool to have e.g. A Bluetooth speaker, or wireless chargers, or an extra contempary piece to make the room that little more perfect. All pedantics! - I would loved to have some incentive to check out Bisma's sister establishments, No Más and Liap Liap. I.e. Free shuttle there, or a discount for guests. Amazing, amazing stay overall. Thanks to the entire team :)

This is my first time travel to ubud and I decided to stay at Bisma Eight for two nights. When I reached the hotel, the reception welcomed us with welcome drinks, free upgrade my room to forest suite and give us a room tour. The hotel even has its own WhatsApp hotline for their customer to contact them for any helps anytime. Their hospitality is way beyond my expectation. On the hotel side, they have a really cool swimming pool facing the famous ubud greenery and their room is spacious, clean and quiet. I feel very relax staying at the hotel. Beside that, the hotel restaurant Copper serve a very BBQ good pork ribs and nasi goreng as well. Will definitely come back to stay again if I travel to ubud again!

The best choice - everything cared ”
Everything was checked until the last detail. They gave us a really nice room and gave us a honey moon decoration for no extra charge. The location is amazing. Walking distance from the monkey forest but still on a quiet road. Couldn’t have chosen better. The yoga lessons are amazing and included. The rooms super big. The only thing that I saw is that the “extras” are pretty expensive for Bali, so you do everything outside the hotel in the end. (Like spa prices is over priced, the photographer that takes you pictures charges almost 20 dollars a photo, the taxi to the airport and for tours, etc). That is the only little thing.

Staff was awesome, amenities were great! Loved the free morning yoga, and pool is heated 😍. We stayed in the canopy room and it was so nice! Super near to the monkey sanctuary only 13 minutes walk. Above all staff was always very welcoming. Inrecommend at least 2 or 3 nights here !

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Bisma Eight. When we first arrived, we were given welcome drinks and given a tour of our room. The hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful when we had questions or requests. Our room was always kept clean, and if I'm not wrong the attendants come in twice a day, and would help us to close the curtains before evening time, and also leave a little snack for us. Their attentiveness goes beyond expectations. There were also free classes that we could attend, and a complimentary couple photoshoot. Would definitely want to return here again in the future!

We had the best time staying at Bisma Eight. It was set back and away from the thoroughfare but also the Main Street was a 5 min walk away, perfect balance. Staff were amazing and the room and facilities were great. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous 2 Nights in Bisma”
Spending 2 nights in Bisma Eight had been so memorable. We were welcome with exotic drinks, well mannered and well explained details during our Stay. Receptionist showed us our room and all the things needed very detailed and polite. We use our time to the Gym (healthy traveling lifestyle), sunbathing at the poolside. Excellent location within walking distance to the centre of Ubud town, perfect for travellers like myself who can’t ride a motorbike. Tasteful hotel design in an interesting configuration. I stayed at the forest suite which gives me greater privacy. Love waking up to the view of the forest! Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast selections, especially the rice porridge and nasi jinggo. Would stay here again.

A gorgeous oasis of calm in Ubud. Delicious food, beautiful pool, friendly and fantastic staff. Easy walking distance to eating and sightseeing, and the hired drivers are knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms have some quirks (the Japanese onsen tubs take 40 min to fill!) but are comfortable and well designed.

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight Ubud! The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and elegant. It felt quite private with a lot of focus on quality rather on quantity. All of the facilities were of high quality. As to the location, the hotel is quite close to central Ubud which is of a great advantage. The pool is amazing! Our only regret was that we had to go back to Kuta, otherwise we would have loved to extend our stay at Bisma Eight!

A boutique resort which is away from the hassle and noise of central Ubud. The beautiful tropical gardens and the amazing pool, create the serenity required for a place to relax and get back to nature. Great hotel with excellent service”
Overall great hotel, but what really impressed me is the service quality. They really go all out of their way to serve the guests. I did have small feedback that the room is a bit dusty, especially for someone like me which is hyper sensitive. But upon giving the feedback, the staff quickly responded - prepare a new room and even gave us additional services like free message to compensate. I would recommend the hotel and I will definitely come back if I come to Ubud again.
