Cons:- 1) hard to get parking 2) got pay parking but its quite expensive if you want to park long time rm3 for 2hrs let say you park for 8-10hrs it takes around rm12-15 compare you park at mpk parking you need to pay rm4 for 24hrs the problem is very hard to get a parking 3) very active mpk there maybe near to mpk office 4) no lift 😂 Pro:- 1) very scare entry but when you go in very unexpected place. Like resort or 4-5 star hotel 2) very easy to check in no need deposit 3) staff very good 4) very nice room very clean very big so unexpected this hotel got room very nice like this

Everything is ok, only thing is their staff has given our booked & paid room to someone else & we have to wait till they checked out (normal check out is at 12pm,but they checked out after 5pm). 😑

The renovated old building is so unique and some of the interior building materials were preserved. I like the way the staff entertain guest. They are so friendly and willing to help customer.

The location is good and the staff is friendly, however I didn’t have a peaceful night because I was bitten by big bed bugs throughout the night. The towel and bedsheet were stained even though they were washed. Unpleasant stay overall

Good location. Walking distance to Little India, Chong Kok, Seng Huat bah kut teh, Regent Layer Cake, Mural Arts and also ktm station. If driving, not advisable to stay on weekends, public holidays as need to drive through hugh traffic jam of Little India streets to reach the hotel.

Biz Hotel is nestled away from many other hotels. I was so surprised that for the $ I paid, the room was so clean and even had rainwater shower. The parking is a little bit of a challenge but there’s daily parking for around RM3-5 for the whole day. Many shops and eateries here as it’s situated in Little India of Klang. There are no lifts here so be prepared to climb stairs. This should only concern the elderly. Overall, it was a great room, nice double bed and TV. Oh the WIFi was pretty good too and is free for the room. Highly recommended. :)
