We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and attentive with good spoken English too. They even helped us get a good driver to drive us to a temple far out of Bangkok. Overall we had a really comfortable stay and nothing to complain about. We were lucky though that it is the CODVID period so the room was going at an awesome price!! :)

Satisfied and good impression with the stay”
We had an upgrade to a better room upon check in, the staff speak conversational English and Mandarin (surprisingly), they are friendly and helpful with our requests. They provided us a welcome drink and even introduced room's facilities and surrounding attractions to us. Breakfast buffet is really great, many choices on pastry and drinks. The room is up to expectation, the couch and bed is very comfortable, toilet and shower is clean. Down side is the TV connection is bad throughout the stay and there is no hot water on basin tap, but this is not a big concerns to us. The hotel location is along a main road, with security at the gate, which is very safe. 10 mins walk to the King Power Duty Free Mall , Victory Monument BTS, Century Cinema and Shopping area. There is 7-11 opposite and a mini mart beside the hotel, massage parlor and cafes just down the street. Overall a very satisfied stay, good impression and will definitely be back again next time! Highly recommended!

Service is excellent! Better than 5 star hotels that I had stayed at Bangkok previously. Room is cleaned, nice decorated and smell fresh. Breakast is excellent, hotel will change the menu everyday. Overall it is highly recommended!

Very convenient location. 7/11, variety of street food stalls which open till late night, cafes ; just around the corner of the hotel. Stayed at a superior room, a bit tight but enough for two. New and well furnished too.

If you doesn't like to walk well you can grab a motocycle from century mall honestly I'm very satisfied with it this is my first solotrip. Too bad I didn't add on breakfast due to I woke up very late 😅 anyway if I head back to Bangkok again this would be my best choice

Air conditioner is too strong and loud”
Everything is good, except the air conditioner: the wind was too strong (even though I had set it to the weakest scale) and it was unfortunately placed just right above the bedside where the wind is blown straight to bed. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the strong wind and its noise. It's like I was sleeping near a big fan. Fortunately, in December, I can sleep without the air conditioner. When I turn it off, the room becomes quiet and comfortable. But I can't imagine if you travel here in Summer and sleep without AC on. Other than that, the room is good and well-equipped. Location is perfect as it's just a 5-minute walk to the victory monument BTS. And the street is buzzling day and night where you can easily find things to eat and it becomes a night market when a day comes to an end.

Perfect position near Bangkok city transport center - U can get anywhere from here by buses of BTS. Clean well decorated rooms and good breakfast.

Great Value for Money”
The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS. Its next to King Power duty free, surrounded with food, 7-11, cafe and near to Century Mall where you can find many food options and also a super market!!! The hotel is clean with big rooms and also very friendly staff. Do take note this is for the newly built Bizotel Premium building.

It feels like a newly renovated boutique hotel”
The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and nice. Everything seems a bit new. Location is ok, there are street foods available, and several other restaurants. We tried one of the authentic Thai restaurant across the street about 5 mins walk to the east and it was great!

EVERYTHING IS REALLY GREAT”
The location is really strategis, side by side with King Duty Complex and Seven Eleven, 7min walk to BTS VIctory Monument. We can take a bus to Platinum/Pratunam also. Their buffet breakfast is good. Also, they were constructing a new building :)) The room is very spacious, it looks like queen bed for a single one HAHA Staff very friendly & helpful, they help me with my luggage even ordered a grabbike for me. Thanks bizotel :)
