Our stay was pleasent. Reaches our venue in jln ampang and wangsa maju seksyen 2 easily, good poridge shope nearby, hawkers stall and mamak. Environment was quiet and peaceful. No traffic hassle sound. Reserved parking available for hotel guest

Nearby Wangsa Walk Mall & surrounding with shopping lot so easy to find whatever you need 24/7. As I stayed in single room, hotel should provided 1 chair for guest to use for thier work & a glass or cup for drink. Overall I satisfied with cleanlines & other facilities provided. Amper Car Park, Good Location (for some)”
I checked in late and I was heading to do something on next day morning at Wangsa Maju. There are plenty of car park available during evening. But it is a bit dark and I have the concern over the safety of my car. Another good thing is there are plenty of breakfast place next to the hotel.

Not worth it”
Firstly it is not a boutique hotel but a budget hotel with normal hotel rate. The pillows are so thin like a comforter. Water pond in toilet. The room size is very small.

Cheap, fuss free but surrounding not so safe”
I arrived late at night and the area was very quiet and dark. The staff lock themselves at the reception and had to check in thru the grill. Scary for solo traveller. The area is not safe at night but the hotel was ok. I made sure to get back to hotel before 10pm to avoid lonely empty street near the hotel.

The TV is functional but cannot receive TV channels as the digital TV decoder was not installed yet. 1 power outlet in the room was not working and the other was rather loose causing intermittent sparking. Luckily we were prepared with some extension cords else we could not even charge our phones. At least the WIFI was OK. The room lighting is also not sufficient as there is only 1 down-light in the room. Luckily we have a table lamp with us.

Overall very bad experience”
Booked this hotel for a trip to KL near wangsa maju area. Very bad experience never had before on other hotels booked via agoda. Cleanliness very bad, can see bed bugs and cockroaches here and there. Bathroom and its facilities very poor, no proper knob for turning on/off for the shower. Air conditioner very poor, no cooling can be feel over he night also. Not enough spacious for 2 adults & 2 children. 2 Queen size bed just nice fit to the room. No more space to keep belonging things. No desk, no chair. Overall very poor management and will not recommend to anyone wish to book this hotel rooms. I booked this hotel for nights stay without knowing the condition of this hotel. Now wondering how to cancel this hotel and get back my money which paid via online.

Its not worth your money. May I suggest for worth of your penny. Go to setapak festival boutique hotel. Its spacious for its rate, clean, good water pressure and heater. Good location. Worth the money you spend.

Odour and small mosquito in the room”
Staff was friendly. However, the hotel's facilities seriously needs upgrading. I was showering halfway with the water heater turned on, when all the lights, aircon and power in the room and toilet went off. It was then revealed to me by the staff that the water heater "could not be adjusted", where the temperature must always be set to "full", so that power won't trip. In addition to the odour in the room, I also saw some small mosquitoes. The bedsheet does not look very clean as there was some dirt - not sure if the hotel actually washed the bedsheets, pillow cases and blanket after a guest checks out. There was no chair in the room, and I had to sit on the bed to use the laptop on a small shelf on the wall. Only a few TV channels available. Hotel brochure claims that there is laundry service, but when I actually wanted to use this service, I was told to go to a laundry shop nearby.
