Everything is fine except the room partition.They should use the brickwall or soundproof partition instead of normal partition. we can't sleep because neighbour room is very noisy. we can hear sound from others room.

Good hotel”
The hotel is quite new..thus clean.. the staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is where you eat and also lounge around. Quite close to major attractions like hot springs and waterfalls. The Genting Resorts is just 25km away.

Lovely Hotel Service”
We arrived, not knowing what to expect as it is off the tourist track. Iswan and family provided information and tours to the local area. They went out of their way to make us happy in this reasonably new hotel in a new area. It is by far the best hotel here for tourism, as there is only one other, not even licenced. This family work hard at keeping their clients happy.

Clean Hotel and helpful staff”
The room was very clean and the hotel is very tidy, Staff there is very friendly and helpful to help us look for map & intro nearby waterfall & hot spring. Toilet is very big & Clean in family standard room. even our standard room do not have window but it still feel comfort. here some comment on not satisfy: Breakfast - we having two room with total 5person, when we reach the lobby, the bread left about 10pcs which there is others family eating also, when we ask for refill the bread, their reply is bread finished. Air-con - the air-con is warm at noon time (we've on it on 16degree & high speed), it only able to feel cool at night time. Water heater - the water heater at the Superior Room is not working well, and we have to use one hand to hold on the ON button and use only one hand to shower.

A budget hotel with poor acoustic”
This hotel is very difficult to find as there are no road signs. It is situated at a newly built shop houses where most of them are still empty. Rooms are very basic, poor acoustic and you can hear your next door talking. You can hear noise from the roof when it rains. There is no compartmentation between WC and shower and you will always have a wet WC. Breakfast was very basic with fried noodle, fried rice and some toast. It is not better than the bed and breakfast type accomodation. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. I suspect that the reviews posted must have been writin by the owner and his friends.

Convenient for my purpose”
It was a pleasant stay, suits my purpose of visit to the town. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, a bit noisy and the door knobs need some fixing

it was ok but sometimes very noisy as the walls are made out of cardboard.It would be better if the staff be more careful while cleaning the rooms. Eg cleaning under the beds

Very average room, price a bit steep. Room a bit dusty, not prepared when we check in. Nice flat screen tv with very limited channels. Only HBO E BEST of all. Room is seperated by partician causing alot of unwanted noise at night. Water pressure is 10/10. AC is working but giving a very very very bad headache. Compressor seems like located above the ceiling and keeps cutting in every minute making loud sounds causing sleepless nights. 0/10!!!!

cleanliness is 0. bed sheet pillow case and comforter are not washed and recycle. water pump above ceiling is so noisy.
