Very nice hotel in SaPa”
We really enjoyed our stay at the black h’mong hotel. The owner doesn’t really speak Englisch but she tries really hard to understand you and help you and uses google translate. The room was spacious, the beds comfy. The bathroom was clean The breakfast was very good as well You can easily hike / walk around the surrounding rice fields without tour or guide. There is a replay nice restaurant (Gods morning Vietnam view) just a few minutes up the road. There was no heater in the room, no problem for us because it was warm, just be prepared in colder seasons. Just a general advise about SaPa: there is construction work going on everywhere, which makes the town quite noisy. There was a construction side in fronts of the hotel, which didn’t bother us because they only worked during daytime when we were out of our room. But I think you will have this noise problem all over SaPa !

Nice view and cleaned”
The hotel and room were cleaned. The room and bed was comfortable. Furnitures were new and basic, we had: hairdryer, toothbrushes (the cheap one, with tiny green toothpaste - I didn't like it), comb, kettle, 2 glasses and 2 bottles of water ( when we came, they had just cleaned the room, the glasses were wet, I didn't really like it, the bathroom floor was wet with some foam at the corner, that's ok), clothespin, lights, table and chairs. No fridge, no shower-cap or somethings like that. The view was good. U will have to walk to the city center, not very far but we were tired in the morning cause we had not had breakfast 😂. It was dirty everywhere, noisy too, the hotel's location was better to avoid them. The staffs were friendly, helpful and honest - as mostly all the people there. Anyway it was not good time to visit Sapa, I will not come back in next 3 years. You should wait them to complete every projects too.

Amazing place to stay in Sapa!Breathtaking view!”
Te staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and tidy. We stayed in a room with a super beautiful mountain view and enjoyed a lot!Breakfast is included but I strongly recommend the staff to stop serving Nescafé instant coffee for breakfast!Vietnamese coffee would be perfect and would make your hotel #1 place in Sapa!Honestly;)

Great stay and amazing view!”
We got lucky with mostly sunny winter weather in Sapa, so the views from our room were amazing! The room was huge and had a clean, comfortable bed. The heated mattress pads were a bonus, and we also had a heater in the room, should we have needed it. Some construction noise, but the whole town seems to be under construction, so my guess is it's unavoidable. Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

Best View For Good Price”
hands down the best view in Sapa. a little far from the city centre but that shouldnt be a problem if you like walking/hiking. breakfast is great – go for the scrambled egg/omelette! everything is clean, facilities are great. staffs are very helpful too.

Good value”
It was cold in SaPa. Luckily the beds had heaters. There was thick fog throughout our stay, so I can't comment on the view. The staff were all friendly. The only downside was the mess due to the many on-going construction works along the road leading down to the hotel. I will stay there again :) Khalid Malaysia

Hotel itself is nice”
The location is great! You get a view on Fansipan and terraced fields right outside your window! Plus, it's away from the very center, so you got peace, at the same time it's not too far (1km), so you got all the services around (travel agent, motorbike rent, shops, restaurants). All the basics were there, tea kettle included. However, you need to make sure not to arrive before the check-in or you'll be charged an additional fee of 70% of a night's price - not great when you arrive tired and all you want is to go to bed. The staff were friendly enough, but if you work on reception of a hotel, you will obviously be dealing with foreigners the whole day, so learning a few words from the most common languages (chinese, english) or at least trying to understand them would benefit both parties - works better than Google Translate. Aside from that, good hotel

Good location”
We stayed in a deluxe triple moutain view. The room is huge and clean. The staff is very helpful to show us the attractions. You can ask reception for renting motorbike only $6 and discover sapa. Sapa is the nicest town i’ve visitted with friendly people, we defenitely come back.

Very good”
As with any place in Sapa, it is worth getting room with view (mucho recommended!!). We stayed in 302 for a week and was mesmerized by the rice terrace and mountain view every morning. The H’mong staff were helpful and friendly, and quite hospitable. We loved our stay very much and got to love the town. There were 2 minor nuances - it is quite a bit of a walk to town centre (although very nice view) and room has toilet / sewage smell at times.

New hotel”
The hotel is 5 months old, located on one corner of Sa Pa town. As it can be quite a walk into town (hilly, hillside construction), consider getting a bike rental. It's 7 USD a day (not 24 hours! They run by 6am to 6pm system) for a scooter. Rooms are great, really clean, heated beds for those really chilly nights and great bathroom. They did not skimp on deco or quality furnishings despite the really competitive price. Reception was great, friendly. One thing to watch out for would be them trying to charge you full rate for everything, they wanted to charge us USD7 for 3 hours of scooter use despite not being informed of the 1 calendar day policy. This and overcharging us 550kVND (2 pax) for a standard sleeper bus service despite getting the same price in Hanoi for a much nicer VIP bus.

Window view is Muong Hoa Valley - the best Valley of Sapa”
The best: The room for 3 people is huge and perfect window view. Bathroom is huge. Staff is friend. Good: location is 500m from the city center, 1km from the night market.

Gorgeous views at the edge of town.”
This hotel has one of the most stunning views of the valley and mountains because of it's position. Its a new building so it has a modern feel. The decor is nice too.The room was cleaned regularly and there are electric blankets. The only problem was the construction noise super early in the morning. You can ask them to place you further from it. I would go back.

Cosy as it was freezing ”
It was freezing during our time in Sapa. We paid for a mountain view room but the clouds were that low we couldn't see anything unfortunately. The room was freezing as to be expected these places don't have heating. They do have electric blankets though which was cosy. The tele had Netflix on as well which was a night touch for the evening.

Good view”
Good view of sunset, far from city center but for those who like to walk, it is an interesting walk through the city.

Above average”
The room is spacious and clean with a competitive price. However, there was a late night construction going on during our stay which ruined the whole experience. The whole Sapa city was under this condition where you can see new buildings were being built. I suggest any traveler to book somewhere far away from the city if you want a quiet vacation.
