"Stayed in Travelodge 2nd to 4th July 2013 before moving to other hotels near the central. I must say this is the best one we have stayed at compared to the other 2 which we've stayed for this vacation. The staff were polite, helpful and super friendly. Even the people in Blacktown were so approachable, helpful and super friendly. Location wise is good, quiet surroundings, making our nights a relaxing environment upon coming back from sightseeings and activities. Public transports are easily accessible, especially buses provided to Blacktown Station where you can do your shopping, food and stuff. If you're a muslim, there are plenty of halal shops near Blacktown Station. The room was ready on time when we reached, had not a second delay. The room is very spacious, we had 1 king size and the other single. A small kitchenette with sink, microwave oven, cutleries and such makes our dinner packed back more efficient. Plus, the room and the toilet are very clean. Even the corridors too. There are pamphlets for tours if you need tour around Sydney. If you'll be checking in during winter, its going to be a very cool night :)"

"Reception and booking in was good, everything was organized and quick.. The room was clean tidy, modern and had everything required.. My room was located on the side of the hotel and despite being close to major roads the room was quite.. WiFi worked well in the lobby and the area was bright with a small bar.. Went or Dinner in the pub next which I assume belonged to the hotel as you booked your food and drink to your room.. Arrived at the bar and there was no staff for approximately 10-15 minutes but he came and all was well.. Sat down to dinner with my Sales Manager and he ordered hand Crumbed Snitzel and I had the Burger.. Oh dear this is where it all unravelled.. The Snitzel according to my colleaque was dry and a bt soggy and he reckoned probably about the worst he has ever had, the same could be said for the burger the onion rings tasted as if they had be cooked in old oil.. Breakfast in the morning was also pretty poor, the scrambled egg was cold and was siting in yellow like water, the bacon was also barely lukewarm and was hard and well overcooked, both the eggs and the bacon all seemed to have been there for some time.. The hotel itself was fine and if I had not eaten all would have tickets boo.. Keep an eye on those pub meals and breakfast .. "
