Good stay/Poor Post stay experience”

I booked 2 deluxe rooms at Bless Residence for a stay in October. The onsite staff was pleasant and accommodating and the facilities were clean and well maintained. My issue stems from the fact that my credit card was charged 2000 baht as a deposit for incidentals for the 2 rooms. This is a common business practice and I had no issues with that since I assumed the charges would be removed in a timely manner after my departure since I paid for any mini bar items we purchased in cash upon check out. To date, the charges are still on my card. I received no response to my email inquiries (both sent to the hotel directly via their website as well as via the Agoda.com app). I requested Agoda's assistance with realizing this matter and it is still ongoing. As of the last message from Agoda, Bless Residence: the hotel have refused to acknowledge the charge to your credit card. They inform that they will only collect for deposit via cash, hence, we would like to request you to provide us with a valid credit card statement which shows; 1. Bank name and logo. 2. The total amount charge and merchant name. 3. Your full name and last 4 digit card number. This is after I already provided screen shots from my credit card's mobile app which contained all of this information. This experience has soured my entire experience with this property which is a shame since I genuinely did enjoy my stay at Bless Residence. I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved shortly and to satisfaction, at which point I would be happy to post an amendment to my review.

City comfort - Great Location”

Great Location. Large comfortable rooms. Friendly attentive Staff.

I Have stayed at Bless Residence on numerous occasions now. I love this place. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with. The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable. The pool and bar area is delightful and under-utilized. Bless residence is located close to the BTS and Emporium shopping centre a beautiful park and many international restaurants. If you are not open minded the plethora of bars may be bit of a detractor. After you have stayed at Bless residence, you really feel like you have experienced Bangkok for what it has to offer.

Excellent appartment hotel in heart of Sukhumvit”

I have stayed at the Bless Residence on several occasions and it has been an excellent choice for me. very convenient for the BTS and high class shopping malls with excellent shops and facilities. The staff at the Bless are very nice and will do all they can to help whatever the situation. the Bless Residence is situated on soi 39 Sukhumvit and is nowadays a fairly quiet soi with some excellent cafes and restaurants close by. the hotel is maintained to a good standard and has an excellent pool area and what is a surprisingly good restaurant which serves good quality meals at reasonable prices for most of the day and evening. the apartments are very large considering the price paid and the rooms are cleaned to a good standard on a daily basis and any problems are fixed promptly. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to either families or single travellers.

Fantastic Hotel”

clean, friendly staffs

My various visits to Bangkok and we used to stay in Pratunam. This is the first time we staying in Bless Residences, afraid the standard of stay as this residences only have 54 rooms...but prove we were wrong, IT'S such a great stay, clean, friendly staff and hotel security. Although the breakfast was simple but doesnt matter us cause in Bangkok you never afraid nothing to eat. Surrounded by nights lives but never affected our sleep at all... walking distance to great shopping places, BTS, Will definitely stay Bless again on my next trip....

Fantastic Boutique Hotel to stay in !”

Best service, room, food (breakfast only but was great!), the staff. Just Everything!

what can i not say about this hotel? a small tucked away yet very convenient hotel in bangkok to stay in. the staff are all friendly and warm, the rooms are more then what you expect with spacious rooms, kitchen, living, bedroom and bathroom. its like a superior 1 bedroom hotel room with all the perks of a service apartment. if i was staying on a long term basis in bangkok, i could live at bless residence for months comfortably. they serve breakfast daily to your room and anything else you require is right at your door step but with a nice bright drive way to distance yourself from the streets directly. i would recommend this place to all my friends!

Location, service and room size

Have stayed in Bangkok many times and this bless residence has got great sized modern fitted apartments which are very clean . The swimming pool is on the top floor and gives you great views of the surrounding area in Bangkok. Very friendly helpful staff and as we were travelling in and out of Bangkok able to leave large suitcase behind so didn't have to carry it round all the time. Location is very good you are only a couple of minutes walk from sukhumvit the main road which has lots of shops a,restaurants and bars around the area. Sky train is also only a 5 minute walk away

Contemporary service apt style furnishing”

Lots of space
Water heater

Bless Residence is conveniently located in a side street of Sukhumvit (Soi 33), 1 min walk to the Sukhumvit road and 3 mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium Shopping Mall. There is a fair number of nightclubs along Soi 33 but nightclub scene is very common in Bangkok. BTW, Soi 33 offers a good spread of street hawker and there is 7-11 at the corner of Sukhumvit & Soi 33, where you can grab water and snacks on your way back to the hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor for three nights. Our request for higher floor was declined with the reason that there is full occupancy. On our last night, the surrounding area was noisy (loud music and screaming/shouting) till the wee hours. We think the noise may have come from the nightclubs in the area. We love the interior of our one bedroom apartment. It has a modern furnishing and it is new. The bathroom is huge with a bathtub (room for one person only), enclosed standing shower area, vanity area and closet space. The only area that needs improvement is the water heater. The hotel did not install a storage water heater in the apartment, instead, uses a Panasonic on demand water heater. Therefore, the hot water is not constant, water pressure is low, there is only sufficient hot water for one person. We hope the hotel will loook into this matter especially once the bathtub is filled with hot water, there is no more left to use in the standing shower area. The top floor consists of gym and swimming pool. We bought street food and dine beside the pool area. It is a great place to chill out in the night, not hot and quite breezy. Apart from the last night and water heater, we were pleased with Bless Residence.

A fine, modern hotel”

Size of room, location, value for money

The Bless Residence is a new, modern hotel with large comfortable rooms in a quiet location. It is situated in a short quiet soi off soi 33 -- and can be difficult to find the first time you visit. I have absolutely no complaints about ths hotel: the hotel îs in excellent codition and the performance was fine. The Breakfast room is amall, but was never crowded, and the beakfast was adequate -- the buffet is a little small because this is a small hotel, but there is an "egg-station" were eggs ar cooked to ôrder. All in all, one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok.

Great Stay at Bless”

Location is very good, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value.

I am very please with Bless Residence, in the past 2 or 3 months I have stayed at least 5 or 6 times. Whenever traveling to Bangkok I choose the Bless Residence. I used to stay at a highend 5 star Brand Name hotel and they are very good, nothing wrong with that. however the Bless in a very convinient location with very friendly staff I am very happy there. They may not have all the bells and whistles like the Branded 5 Star hotel that I used to stay at but the value is very good.

Good Value, Good Locatioon”

I was looking for an accommodation providing and convenient access for a few days' business in Bangkok. A friend recommended Bless Hotel. It was suited my requirement precisely. I could walk to some destinations, and, for others, BTS and taxis were close by. The staff were efficient, courteous and helpful. The price was very reasonable. The ground floor restauarant provided efficient, tasty and inexpensive food delivery one evening when I didn't want to go out. This is not a five-star resort, but it certainly exceeds basic standards of convenience, cleanliness, efficiency and value.

An oasis of elegance in Bangkok's Little Japan”

Minimalism fused with sophistication, spacious suites, and surprisingly peaceful stay.

Our first impression of Bless Residence: an oasis of elegance in the middle of Bangkok's Little Japan. Situated somewhere in the middle of Little Japan, Bless Residence is truly an oasis for busines travellers seeking respite. The suites are very well-maintained. I only wish there is a clock, at least one, in the room. The view out of the window is not amazing, but that's the least important factor. Bed was comfortable, and everything seems squeaky clean. The suede-like chaise lounge sofa was really the highlight of the suite. It was comfortable, and it would be a dream to own such a lovely sofa in one's own home.

✮✮✮✮✮✮ A Quiet Hideout ✮✮✮✮✮✮”

If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is it . Very clean and very quiet. Staff is very respectful of personal privacy and exhibit a high degree of sophistication with regard to guests. If you order room service you'll find that the food is excellent. During my stay, construction was occurring in the building in front of the hotel, but because the Bless Residence is so well-insulated ,I barely noticed the sound. Synopsis: This hotel is tailored to the single man looking to get away for a carefree weekend. At my age, child friendly hotels are of little value to me. This is somewhat of an adult hotel and it's unlikely that little Billy will be getting his participation award while staying here.

Still one of the best”

I have stayed many times at Bless Residence and it is still one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. Large, modern rooms down a quiet sub-soi, close to the BTS, with plenty of restaurants and bars (plus massage) nearby. Staff friendly and efficient. There was one negative factor this time: no hot water in the bathtub for three days, despite my reporting this to Reception. Disappointing.

Great place to stay”

location, price, rooms

I guess the Bless Residence was originally planned as a condo building - the rooms are huge, new and well appointed. Bless Residence has got everything a traveler in Bangkok could wish for, nice rooftop pool, new rooms, joiner friendly, flat screen TV, large bathroom with tub and shower, free wifi... and all this at a very very good price. Top recommendation!

One of the best hotels in Bangkok”

Size of room, modern facilities, quiet location

I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, and the Bless Residence is certainly now one of my top 3. Its rooms are large and modern, and it is located at the end of a short sub-soi off soi 33. (However, this means that it is not easy to find the first time!) There are plenty of restaurants and other services (e.g. massage, karaoke) in the immediate vicinity. The only drawback to the hotel is its location: it is a few hundred yards from the nearest BTS station, and while you could take a taxi to your destination, Bangkok taxi-drivers are notoriously selective in where they want to go -- and often quote inflated prices instead of using the meter (which the law requires).

Still one of the best hotels in Bangkok”

Room-size, location, staff

I have stayed several times at the Bless Residence and will definitely go there again. It is located up a short side-soi off soi 33 and is thus very quiet. The rooms are huge, and modern, and the bathrooms are likewise large and well-appointed. Not everything was perfect on this visit: 1. Because it was low season and there were very few guests staying in the hotel, the buffet breakfast selection was minimal. Adequate, but minimal. 2. It was very difficult to connect to the "free" wi-fi. Even the staff at reception had a difficult time making the connection.
