Staff are friendly, and room clean enough. No airport pick-up arrived for me. And then I had a bad night's sleep - very hot because of poor quality a/c, bitten by mosquitoes, and it was noisy outside. This was my 3rd time staying here but I will not stay again. Plenty of better options around.
Breakfast is awesome.
An Affordable but Good Hotel Walking Distance to Night Market, Old Market & Pub Street”
I am traveling solo for my yearly birthday trip, so I booked for a single room but was upgraded to the huge family room when I got there. At first, I was quite afraid inside the room where there are four large beds around me in my lonesomeness. But quite delighted at the end of how lucky I am to have such a huge room all by myself. The room is also clean. The staffs were so accommodating and kind. Pros: a. Free 24hrs airport pick-up. b. Free 'buffet-style' breakfast (although the selection is not that varied but the foods are filling). c. Cheap transfer to airport d. You can store your luggage after check-out and get it after a few hours. e. Small swimming pool. f. Weighing Scale (this is for me is such a plus for a hotel coz' no traveler wants to go to the airport and repack their luggage coz' they have excess baggage). Cons: a. No lift (you have to carry your luggage up by yourself). b. The water sometimes smell rusty. Overall my stay is great. I would recommend it to others.
Spacious room, good location.”
We booked a Family Suite (room 204). It's spacious and clean. But some yellow stains were spotted on one of the blankets. The room comes with a TV and a hot water dispenser. Attahced toilet/bathroom is clean too, but the pipe water has quite strong metal smell (so is the water in the swimming pool). I think there's an ant nest in the wall, so many ants crawled out to the rubbish bin. I spotted another room on the same floor with a mini bar inside the room, but our room there wasn't one. No lift in the hotel, so if you have big luggage, you have to carry it up via the staircase. Location - on quite a quiet street, within 10 mins walk to Psar Chas Old Market, Siem Reap Art Center Night Market, Pub Street and Angkor Night Market. There are many eateries along the street and some mini markets, no problem for food. The staff at the hotel are friendly, smiley and chatty, speaking basic English. Free hotel pick-up on arrival.
Excellent hotel all round,, my room and bed were superb, excellent and helpful staff and pool area great location. I highly recommend ”
I loved my room it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was really great and the location was perfect. Excellent and very helpful staff. I most definitely oils stay at Bliss Villa again and wish I stayed longer. Loved every minute would love to go back.
The villa is so worthy living. I think this villa is the best accommodation choice in Siem Reap. 1.clear: The whloe city is dusty ,but it's extremly clear inside the villa. 2. best position: there are countless pubs and canteens in downtown ,and everyday tuktuks start runing from 4:30a.m because of sunrising seeing,if i live in downtown,i cannot imagine how to have a wonderful rest,. However, the bliss villa is on a street without any pub, restraunt,so quiet at night ! and the city is so small that i need only 3-5mins to walking to pub street and 10mins to old market. So i think the good position is its best characteristic. 3.has free wifi ,hot water shower ,fan, air-condition. 4. i quarreled with the staff of this villa because of the car booking. it's a misunderstanding on conmunication. if you want to book the TUKTUK or car in this villa,i don't think the price is good, if you have a Chinese friend, you can ask him to book tuktuk and car on T-mall /taobao ,they have best service and best price. although i have a misunderstanding with the hotel staff ,the bliss villa is still the best choice for me. i will recommend my friends choose it. and if the owner think it's OK, i will live here next time.
Worth to stay”
by the way the free one way transport only valid to free pick-up from airport to hotel
value for money”

A worth for money hotel walking distance to most of dining and shops in the siam reap area
COZY BUT NOISE ”
We stayed during new year festival , the room was very cozy , swimming pool was so clean and buetiful .the frist 3 nights for us just like heven but why did not change my towel ? And not check for the toilet paper ,and soap The cover seat toilet , the lock of the bathroom 's door were broken But no staff check them before selling the room , last 3 nights for just like the nightmare becouse , the students from somewhere arrived and make noise all night eventhught the swimming pool became dirty , oh my god
One of the best place in Asia I have been so far. The rooms are super clean, even they had my bed done every morning. Staff is wonderful, similing and helping you all the time. I tried the food and was delicous and the pool is must :).
Great stay ”
It's exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax between Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. 5 - 10 minute walk to the main tourist areas in Siem Reap, so always something around.
Bed Bugs ”
I have never written a bad review. I understand bed bugs are not uncommon, but what I dont like is when the hostel refuses to fix the problem, and continues to put travellers into these beds night after night. I was put into a bed, and could not sleep. There were bed bugs. I SAW them with my torch when I looked and I went to reception at 3 am to tell them and I SHOWED them one I had caught. I then was moved to another bed. Next day I found out other girls in the room had been put into that bed and moved also due to the bed bugs, so the staff knew about the problems, but never fixed it. Terrible . The place is big, the pool good. Breakfasts ridiculously expensive, ie $10! compared to $2 up the road. It is close to main part of town. But I would never go back, or recommend it to anyone due to their policy of ignorance. Makes me wonder what else they are ignoring.
I LOVE THE VILLA”
Great experience, staffs are helpful and friendly.cheap price for the dorm but there is only 1 bathroom in the room. They sold beverage with cheap price too! Nice swimming pool, remember to bring ur swmimming suit！Clean environment.15 minutes walking distance to night market.
Emjoyable cycling trip and stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was a breeze including parking for our rental bikes. Staff was always helpful and enjoyed the complementary tea/coffee. Aircon was rather noisy.
Great value for money!”
Thank you Bliss Villa for a wonderful accommodation... recommended for couples and even with young children to relax and unwind after tour on Siem Reap Temples. Aircondition, bed, and bathroom are nice, very clean room. Cozy and comfortable to stay at.
Great place to stay!”
Wonderful stay! Favorite hostel yet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was close to the downtown area but far enough to stay quiet. The balcony is really nice along with the pool. Free water, coffee, and tea were an added plus.
good budget place in siem reap”
Siem Reap is expensive compare to other asian places, but bliss villa offers good value. It's clean, friendly staff, on quiet side but still within 5 mins to pub streets. And so few visitors are there now.
Nice place, nice staff ”
I booked 5 days on agoda, but actually I extended 3 times totally stay 27 days here! The staffs are very nice, greet me with big smile when I in and out everyday, I feel home at here. The pool is small but good, dorm is big and clean, food are good and not expensive, they are building a bar next to the pool! Rooftop sunset is awesome! A table and chair on top would be super nice! Only 1 toilet/bathroom for 10 people dorm is a bit busy, and chargers are not enough when dorm is full accupied. Anyway, it's definitely worth stay at bliss villa.
Nice room, nice staff and good location”
Quite close to night market area (15 mins walk). Rooms and bed are very nice, clean. The pool is small but more than expectation for the price. The bad thing is that water supply is off so often, some of us were stuck in the toilet and during the bath, worst case was almost midnight. Imagine if you stay alone... Hope they can fix the system soon.
