the hotel was too clean and the staffs were very friendly and kind. My friend’s charging cable was broken on the night we stayed there. As they sell cables in their hotel, we called them at 1am and asked if we can buy the cable. Without any hesitation the staff came up straight to our room and gave us the cable. You can count on them during emergencies ☺️

The hotel is very comfortable and the interior concept is very modern. I love that the hotel's staff is very friendly. The hotel's location is great with a nearby dining area. Even at night it was a bit noisy with the traffic noise, but I was comfortable and safe. Thanks alot.

I m happy with the hotel. Just that the toilet and its door has to be revamped. Firstly It has no lock. Secondly the glass doors has tinted film. (Which gives out a blurry effect) and can see movements from outside. Management has to look into this. Privacy has to be respected. Not nice if there are children arnd. Rooms should have a proper dressing tables too. Just 1 mirror in the toilet is not convienent at all.

We booked standard king room but got upgraded to deluxe king with free of charge. All staff were very kind and friendly. As for the room, it was way very nice as compare to lower price offered to us. For the 1st night I’m really surprised with the room I get! Everything is fine and I’m very satisfied Both of us get a breakfast voucher (including in the hotel fee) to enjoy our free breakfast at the restaurant beside (Hoi Lam Kopitiam) ! I think it’s worth for the money we paid! I’ll come again! For the next day, I have to stay at Klang, so I book this hotel again. I get the difference room. The phone in the room have problem and one of the window’s lock has broken. The sunlight rays direct through the bathroom because the design of the room. Others I’m satisfied and I’ll come again for sure =）

the place is close perfect the bed is clean and comfy, new , and the towels are clean the water pressure is good , with comfortable hot water the only issue i have is the shower head unit which is placed in a weird corner , and that the bathroom is made out of glass ( eventhough frosted ) so much for privacy , and the sunlight that comes through the toilot is blinding in the morning 1, otherwise it is a good hotel
