Room smelled weird (some would say a bit like poop). OK if you're just looking for a bed to sleep. Location okay, 10 minute walk from mrt. Staff friendly, breakfast not the best.

The floors are sticky so we had to wear paper slippers in the room. The hotel also has rest service so you can hear people coming and go throughout the night. Especially the house keepers, they're super noisy going from room to room in the hallway. The facility even though was renovated is still quite old. We stayed on lower floor and could hear upstairs guest walking in their room. Even though it's a 10 minutes walk from the night market and sogo would not stay here again.

When I arrived, the date of my booking on the Agoda website was not correct. I think maybe the dates changed while I was in the process of booking. Nevertheless, the staff found my booking and changed the dates at no extra charge! They found me a room and there was no problem at all! I was super pleased with this level of service and kindness. The room was great! The breakfast was great! My whole stay was great. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel - especially for the fantastic staff and friendly service!

Exceptional”
Great budget hotel in the area and we love the bathtub in the room and the breakfast! The station, while relatively near, was a bit far and tiring for my mother and especially after a long day's worth of walking. Still, we would go back if we're looking for a place to stay in the area.

Receptionists had nice manner and showed helping behaviour. Staffs provided good room cleaning service with consistency. Facilities are adequate and rooms are beautifully decorated. However, there were not many choices for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the train station. We find that the place is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast provided was not a big spread, but it could fill our stomach. They had certain dishes that were different on the few days when we stayed there so that guests will not be bored of the food. We enjoyed our stay here!

Clean, modern rooms and comfy bed. Coffee station at lobby was a winner. Staff were great, so helpful. Only minus was breakfast which wasn't great.

Smaller in reality than in pictures, hallway, elevator and lobby are small. Toiletries was put on the other side of the room far from the bathroom. Breakfast choices is lacking, nice decor though

The bed is so uncomfortable.”
The bed is so hard and very uncomfortable. The pillow is too high and create very loud noise when u sleep on it. The air condition blow wind straight to the head and the wind direction cannot be changed. The facility in the room is nice and clean, but the sleeping quality is really so poor due to the above three points.
