Exceptional”
Great location close to the pier but far enough away that you have your own beach area. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff are very nice and brought us new towels even when we didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned

Amazing stay in this hotel”
Very nice and helpfull staff. All area of hotel is clean, great garden and swimming pool, nice bungalows, hotel is very close to the nice beach. Fruit shakes are delicioous!

perfect stay in Koh Tao”
Very friendly staff, delucious Restaurant and very good to reach by foot from the pier. Beautiful relaxing sand beach. For partying, Bars are not far to reach. We stayed as a cupple and would really recommend Blue Diamond Beach.

Nice Hotel, the familyroom was convenient ”
Hotel was nice, we were able to get our room right away at 10am, when we arrived at Tao. We had family bungalow for 6 people and it worked perfectly for us. There are two toilets in the bungalow, which is ok for 6 people. Shower had enough hot water for all. The bungalow was clean and the air conditioning worked ok. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, so this is not for family’s with a small children. Also the two king size beds at upstairs are just two big mattresses on the floor, but we didn’t mind that. The only minus is that there is 4 roosters at the neighbors house. basically 20 meters from the bungalow, and they all started shouting at 5am. So if you’re light sleeping person, it’s not your place. Breakfast was good, you can choose two portions from the menu ( juice& instant coffee are self service), and there’s a good selection of foods there. They brought our orders fast, so we were quite satisfied for the breakfast. Overall a good stay at this hotel.

A Positive, Memorable Experience”
We had a great stay here, as a group of 4 (one couple and two friends) in two separate bungalows. The staff checked us in early and were very friendly and helpful with our requests. They set up an excellent private snorkeling tour for us that was affordable and also they rent scooters right at the hotel for cheaper than most places, which was very convenient. The staff seemed eager to please but was not in any way overbearing or pushy. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant with the view of the ocean and private beach. The beach is quite close to the pier so there are lots of boats around but if you walk along it a bit there is a nice area with rocks and the area in front of the hotel was fun to swim in, with nice sand. Also the hotel is just a short walk from the pier that the ferries load from. When exiting the ferry station, turn right and follow the road/alley for about a 3 minute walk and you will be at the Blue Diamond. It is not the cheapest place to stay in Koh Tao but for the convenient location and good service as well as comfortable room I thought it was a good value.

Couple holiday”
I stuffed up our booking dates, but the staff did everything the change the dates for us and looked after us more than they were required to. You can't beat the position, walk to all shopping and amenities, walk to the main beach and bars. Will definitely be back to Blue Diamond...

Very nice and quiet resort close to the town”
We really enjoyed staying here. It's walking distance to Mae Haad but yet away from the hazzle and noise at night. Nice and beautiful garden. Will definitively stay here next time. We come back every year and have tried a lot of places on this island, this is very nice.

Nice place and a good staff”
We have stayed on Ko Tao for 10 years in a row in another resort close by who has changed ownership and went right downhill so after a couple of days in that resort it was nice to stay at the Blue Diamond Resort. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Blue Diamond is a wonderful accommodation. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms and grounds are beautiful and very clean. We extended our stay because we loved it so much.

Nice resort located at a convenient place but no noise at night. Its restaurant is direct to the beach and food is good for value. Room is clean and service is good. I recommended this resort for my colleagues if they want to visit to Koh Tao.

Top Location”
Location is top. Right on the best beach imho on Ko-Tao. Breakfast is all day - you get coupons for each day of staying there and you can use them all the time, even if you move to another hotel. Staff is friendly and totally helpful. Loved it. The only problem was that the resort was about 30% overpriced, compared to others on the same beach.

Great location, comfy little bungalow”
We only stayed one night here but I would have liked to stay longer. The hotel is located at the end of the main street in Koh Tao when you come off the ferry. The restaurant/reception area is located right on the beach and the bungalows are located on the other side of the road, up the hill a bit. We had the first bungalow on the path. The room was very nice, clean, the only problem was both the sink and the toilet leaked at times. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the area with restaurants/bars. A much further walk to the other side of the island where there is much more shopping and such, but it was good for what we needed. Breakfast included was good, service/food in the restaurant was quite good as well. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, great location”
Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and well equipped. Located on the beach, which is close to pier, meaning that its not superclean beach but quite nice anyway. Very polite and friendly staff. Checkout was requested pretty early, already at 10.00... Other hotels in koh tao normally have 11.00 checkouts. Would definitely stay there again. Very nice restaurant, breakfast not that good but ok. Dinner was very tasty. Hotel premises very nice for families, there are beautiful porches and swings to watch sunset or relax.

Great resort”
Great resort. Close to the Main Street where many shops and restaurants. Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, kettle, safe. We had a pool access room with a deck that has wooden beds with direct access to the pool. Restaurant is just on the beach with great view, tasty food and not too late Ricky. They serve the breakfast until 13:00 which is perfect for late sleepers. Staff was very polite and friendly. Wifi was free with good coverage in room and all public areas, but was very slow. Highly recommend (!)

was ok and friendly family run hotel but not worth”
we paid per room via agoda and did not feel it was worth the price. rooms were pretty basic but clean and functional and no problems as such but we probably could have got a better deal if we had simply turned up at the pier and booked something on arrival. we moved around the island a bit. the maehad or sariee beach area was ok for a few nights for the night life and beach was ok but preferred the quieter area of haad sai daeng (south). we enjoyed our stay at coral view resort for excellent snorkelling and peaceful environment (accommodation was ok).

the room is basic but clean. the view on the balcony overlooking the beach is great. sit outside and take a cigarette, enjoy your koh tao moment... just don't forget the mosquito spray. the restaurant has really good Tom Yum.

Perfect for Mae Haad dive shops”
I had a lovely room overlooking the water. Just be aware this is a resort that is typical of Asia in that they have Wi-Fi but it doesn't work in the room. Down in the restaurant? No problem. In your room you are not going to get it to work. But the bathroom was new and modern. It was exactly what I needed. I was driving with Master Diver so the location was perfect for me. If you want more nightlife you might do better staying further up the hill or in Sairee. Still, it's only a 15 minute walk from Sairee
