Good”
The location is far beyond my expectation! it really is far and the rough road is so intense! LOL you would'nt think that there's a resort at the end of the road. just make some renovations and i will it a 5 star. on the brighter side Julie on the front desk is very accomodating and very helpful. the security guard are very respectful also. overall if the road will be constructed i might go back to this hotel.

Ocean front needs O&M”
Excellent location for ocean access, but resort access is very difficult. Worth the search, except needs O&M touch-ups in the rooms (doors, fixtures, etc.). If Management pay attention, this will be a hot spot, but staff is good. Breakfast end @ 9.00am is very unfortunate. Will visit again.

Not worth it”
We booked for 2 nights but changed it to 1 night only. Definitely not worth your money. Location? Not good. Rough road, 1 lane only, too far from the main street. Area? Not good. Cleanliness? Old building. Thumbs down. Dried leaves everywhere even in the pool. Water? Definitely not good. Staff? Not friendly. The lady from the front desk was also the waitress slash bartender. Lol

Quiet relaxing holiday”
Very nice hotel with pool. Very small hotel - only 8 rooms open when i was there - making it really quiet. Breakfast only had one choise - the same food every day.. a bit booring For lunsh/dinner it takes almost one hour from ordering to eating... About 15 min walk to Lapu Lapu where there are lots of restaurants and shops. All restaurants sell only Korean food and are rather expencive. Best choise for eating out is to ake a taxi to Mactan Shrine where you find a variety of eating places and shops

Terrible hotel in the worst location, in desperate need of work. ”
My friend and I had the misfortune of falling for the facade this hotel puts on as it's front for higher standard than a dingy hostel (and I love hostels!). The first indication was the total disrepair of the road to the hotel and every taxi drivers refusal to drive us there because of it. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed 1. I could have forgiven the road (the Philippine infrastructure is lacking my North American normal and I'm perfectly ok with that, but it proved to be tip of the iceberg. The hotel itself was dingy and unclean, rust, dirt, broken everything, a bathtub so full of grim I wore my flip flops to shower, doors that didn't close properly (bathroom, room door, all cabinets, the safe which was broken...) but the true cherry on top was the night we slept there, it rained.....inside our room, on top of us while we slept and woke us up; the ceiling poured on top of us as the roof was apparently non existent. In a desperate move to not be soaked we moved the bed across the room to the one seeming dry area and prayed our luggage didn't get wet. The floor was soaking wet, bathroom and bedroom, and the hotel staff although lovely and helpful, didn't seem surprised whatsoever. The only truly nice thing about this hotel was that they allowed us to cancel our second night for a refund so we could move to another hotel (all at our own expense of course) but we moved to a nicer hotel for cheaper! The pros to this hotel: Pleasant staff. The people were truly nice to deal with! The cons: Everything else The cleanliness of the room was non existent Bathtub covered in grime Mould Rust Dirt Leaking ceiling and rain water everywhere in the room Swimming pool not cleaned in who knows how long Restaurant menu-limited options and 3-4 times the price of all other places in Cebu (but the only option for hotel guests-total rip off) No signs to the hotel Taxi drivers who knew where it was refused to take you there The road to the hotel was

Would not come back even if the room was 90% off.”
PROS: - No corkage (Or maybe poorly enforced). My dad and I were able to bring in some food because we did a little groceries beforehand. - Close to dive shops. Just a short walk down the street. CONS: - Very difficult to get a taxi or a Grab car in the area... meaning its difficult to eat out at cheaper (and better) restaurants. - Food was too expensive and had small portions. ONE cup of rice cost 100php! Even in Marco Polo the rice is cheaper. - The staff wear civilian, so it was a bit tricky distinguishing between guest and staff when we needed something. Comments: Would not come back even if the room was 90% off. No water in the bathroom, the hotel grounds were poorly kept (Petals, leaves etc.), no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Disappointing.
