    “Good price for the location. We were all pleased for the most part. Overall was a decent experience.”

    Things I like
    Great location as well as value. Our group consisted of 6 adults and there was more than enough space to accommodate. Staff were extremely friendly.
    Things I don’t like
    While the AC worked, it was extremely cold in some parts of the apartment and extremely warm in the others. Beds were definitely not the most comfortable. Lack of basic supplies, specifically paper towels and some type of cleaning spray. There was an extremely large amount of ants all over the house.

    “Decent place to stay/clean - bare minimum vibe. Thank goodness the beach was so close.”

    Location was great. Outdoor seating nice and 2 bath rooms is nice. Roomy space.
    Things I don’t like
    Lack of decor and basic amenities. No towels included. Lamp shades missing. Needs more cooking supplies. A quick trip to the thrift store and $100 would solve most of the issues. Owner need to be more up front about parking. Extra fees to park. Feels like they have be burned by previous renters and that are overly cautions now.

    “Excellent location, spacious place for large family.”

    Things I like
    We had a great experience staying at this apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and features a large balcony, making it ideal for family gatherings or reunions. While the place could benefit from a makeover, it didn’t bother us much as we mainly used it for meals and sleeping. For large families looking for a comfortable and convenient spot close to the beach, I would definitely recommend this place.

    The apartment is outdated, needs a makeover.

    Things I like
    The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach. The space is amazing for a large family.
    Things I don’t like
    The space is super out dated. Don't go with expectations of hotel service. They didn't provide towels or soap of any kind. It was also dirty. So you will need to do some cleaning.

    “Mediocre stay at Blue Haven Appts”

    Things I like
    The location was really good. Easy access to everything ee wanted to do. Plenty of space for the whole family
    Things I don’t like
    The whole place does need a remodeling. Bowed floor boards, and lack of light. The shower could use a good make kver as well. Also, the air conditioner need to accessible by the tenant. It was not the most comfortable temperature when trying to sleep.
