Clean but going through refurbishment
Stay there one night. Wifi slow. Going through refurbishment so there was lots of cables in the hallway. Room was clean and comfy.

A bit of a let down.
Room was under renovation, exposed wires on the wall, carpet was not fixed to the floor in places, wall had been patched up but not painted. Bathroom had long standing mould in floor tiles and shower and hand basin. Difficult access i.e. stairs outside and also to rooms, making it a chore to carry luggage in. Great location near Salamanca markets and harbour. Nothing to recommend.

Not 4Star- hooks and bathroom mirrors are luxuries
Close to Salamanca market, Crisp linen, Free wifi
Overall the hotel is far from 4 star, while the room was clean, you could not hang wet towels anywhere, there was not a bathroom mirror, Windows did not close properly, the wiring through the wall was both obvious and interesting! The reception looks nice, however the stairwell upstairs was dirty and there was threadbare carpet upstairs. It is over rated and over priced, and the receptionists English is sporadic. More a 1 or 2 star motel.

Position, friendly staff, some rooms have been renovated
Hotel close to Battery Point and Salamanca Markets. It is being renovated and eventually should be an updated modern facility but at the moment although some rooms have been updated the remainder of the motel is in poor condition and below standard.
