What you see is what you get...really a nice place”
highly recommended for those who doesn't want crowded resort and great for camping experience. almost like a semi private resort. my posted photos of this venue has earned so many people getting interested to visit and experience the same. overall it is really a nice place and staff..but needs to maintain good airconditioning in the tents.

Spacious room and good service”
We checked in 11:30pm on Friday and there was a staff still waiting for us. This is techinically not a "hotel" but more of a resort. Service was good, the room was really big. You can fit in 4 king sized beds and still have a waiting/lounge area. There were separate toilet and shower rooms too. A few suggestions I hope that management can improve on is the water pressure in the shower.

Pros: + Flexible date (we checked in a day before the booked date since room is available) + Accessible + Very hot dip pool (w/ fresh water) + Friendly staff Cons: - Transferred room since a smaller room was initially given. They don't know what we reserved. They don't have mapping of the confirmation no. from Agoda. - No toilettries - No coffee - No big towels - Blankets have holes - No internet - No phone so you have to go to the frontdesk near entrance for all of these Anyway, they gave coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, small towels when I insisted. As per front desk, guest just checked out that's why they were unable to check the room. Really? Is that acceptable even if we already checked in later than the 2pm check in? 🤔 They didn't know what room to give coz again as per front desk officer, Agoda do not give them the list. Besides, Agoda gives too much discount and that our room costs a lot more than what we paid for. I understand she's trying to explain but what I can't understand is the higher price of the room! With that kind of amenities and service, I don't think the price would be reasonable. No wonder why they're not fully booked that xmas season! Will I go back? Maybe just for a day tour to take a dip in the hot mini pools.

Needs improvement”
The Blue Hotel and Resort is a good place to enjoy with family and friends but will not recommend for an overnight. It is overpriced for the quality of the rooms and its amenities. There's no hot shower and water pressure is really weak. Usual shower of 5 minutes would turn 10. No free soap/shampoo. We had a few problems, when we arrived, the airconditioners are dusty and dirty, the food for breakfast is only Tocino, egg and garlic rice (cook is absent), couldn't serve fruit shakes (cook is absent- we were wondering why they would need a cook), breakfast is from 7am but they served it around 9am. Although, staff is very attentive and they would buy things for us from the nearby sari-sari store. And if we ask to change the water in their mini pools, they would.

"What an experience" . . ”
My only side comment on this hotel is that i reserved for 2 rooms via Agoda however upon checking in, i was advise by the hotel supervisor that they had only 1 room left for us. The frustrating part here is that I have already paid for 2 rooms + i have guest from Canada and we all have to share the same room. I tried to reason out with them however i was just advise that they are simply fully booked. I came from Quezon City and it took me atleast 2.5 hrs due to traffic just to be in this resort and this is what I got :(

Serene place to celebrate”
We had very great time celebrating new year here. Staff are very accommodating to requests. Picture perfect ang lugar. Would definitely recommend this. It's a nice alternative to tagaytay hotels, less the traffic you'll get if you'll choose the latter.

Overpriced and worst service”
Stayed overnight during July 30-31, 2016. The room is big (47sqm) and the resort is eye candy. We were three adults. We came past 2pm even if we called the night before and the room is not yet prepared. We were given one shampoo, one soap, one body gel and a conditioner for 3 adults compared to a set for every individuals. The room is not well lit. There is no hot shower. The tv does not have good signal and bad reception for only 4 cable channels. So bad that it changes channels by itself in searching for a better feed. Staff does not know what to say in answering questions. They seemed to be left on their own with no coherence or logic in what the front desk ought to do. The free breakfast is only rice, egg and tocino. No other choices. The shower is not functioning well and has no hot and cold shower. The cr has a sort of carpet cover and smells. Have we not asked for tissue, they will not give us one. They gave us triplicate keys for the back door and the fourth key does not even lock the front door. When asked, they just answer, that's how it is. We thought that paying a bit higher of price we will be able to get a good place to stay. Unfortunately, it is a place with very bad service. The owner is not that concerned in offering a good service by training its staff. If you go here, don't expect much. Took good pictures of the place. It is an eye candy. But service and amenities is awful. Will i go back here? To swim, yes. For overnight? Hell no!

The place is roughly a half an hour or less from SM Calamba. The glamping tent was very room you hardly feel it. Even the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. Minor problem was that there was nobody manning the food court and there were no utensils to borrow from.

Great disappointment”
Blue hotel does not clearly define what a "superior glamping room" is. There were 6 of us & 4 were already over 60 years old & they expected us to stay in a "glamping" room that was actually a canvass tent-very loose privacy & with the toilets having no doors! We demanded a regular room but could not be provided such. Our request for refund was also turned down. I hope Agoda visits this "hotel" to assess its qualification to be their continuing partner & find out for themselves what a "glamping" situation is. We can only rue the waste of our good money as we transferred to a better hotel/spa incurring additional expense. Security was also very laid back where we did not notice any security guards at the hotel/resort premises. Again Blue hotel was a very, very, big disappointment. Lesson learned-clarify with the hotel first any ambiguous terms in their hotel description of their facilities. I always had a high esteem for Agoda & I hope you can do something about the money lost in this transaction.

Worst Hotel Not worth it.”
Smelly "Family Suite" literally smelled like being inside a sewer. For the money I paid for (Php 6k/ night) the breakfast was a plate of rice one pc. Hotdog and an egg. NO Hot water in the shower (which had a bucket and tabo to match). They transferred us to a smaller "suite" but it was more of the same less the sewer experience. It was replaced by bathroom chemical smell. No not bleach.... more like napthalene. The bed was terrible. We had roaches as room mates. To top it all off there are strangers trying to open rooms. I assume they are theives acting lost. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!! I recommend that Agoda should remove this from.their listing.

Cons. - bunker rooms are not well maintained, walls had algae formations, a bit smelly bathroom - no overlooking view - unlimited samgyupsal is a scam. It's only limited to 2 servings sets of lettuce. - restaurant food is a bit expensive Pros. - hot spring water pool - pool area transforms into a relaxing scenery at night - staff are kind and accommodating

The site was under construction in the day time, and the swiming pool was not very clean, and there was no hot water for shower. The canteen was the most disappointed, very few choice. But the enviroment is very nice, and it's totally a new experience for us. It could be a good choice for overnight stay or get away from the traffic and noise in Manila.

Published amenities were not available - wireless internet, cable TV, balcony/terrace, bathrobes, telephone, fan, daily newspaper. The staff were quite nice but the management/operator of this establishment do not know what good service is. It's a shame to Agoda!
