Worst staff ever i have seen in so many frequent travels”
I am a regular business traveler and stayed in hotels ranging from 3* to 7*. This time, it was my personal holiday with my family and i must say they have ruined the vacation. They have the worst staff ever i have seen in hotel. The staff is very rude and have no idea how to speak with customer. they can lie easily on any matter and try all the means to prove you wrong. The property is good but not well maintained. The rooms are very far from restaurant and reception. they have internal vehicles for commute but that comes to your room only at the time when you check in. After you have to walk a long. The photos shown on website are also not truly correct. their rooms are at one side and the beach is at the other side of the road and you have to walk long. Food is ok ok as you don't have any other option near by, you have to opt for their food only and so the staff is very rude. Many amenities like kid's pool, gym was not operational when we visited. Over all very bad experience.

No network inside ..rooms are very far from reception .it takes hrs to get any one for service .rooms ac not working ..we changed 3 times the rooms and at last it worked ..water park for kids is closed which they haven't updated in agoda. Moreover when I call agoda there was no help from them too for cancellation .

Best property in Ganapatipule !!”
We booked this resort on recommendation from family friends. It was totally worth for money. Resort is exactly similar to pics available on website. Its a huge property. Their private beach, beach side garden,huts and Tide restaurant is amazing. Well maintained neat and clean Rooms. Helpful and very humble staff.

A Big NO”
A big NO to visit this property.. Their staff & service in property is pathetic.. Room AC do not work..imagine in hot summer room AC was not working..changed rooms 2 times & the issue was unresolved.. 2 out of 3 Battery Club car for internal movement were also not working.. at night 10 30pm we had to walk from parking to room as club car was broken down.. Kids pool was in pathetic condition & was also chargeable which was new for us.. In All pls don't waste hard earned money in this property..

I stayed in this resort for 2 days in March end. But I had worst experience from staff. First day evening I called restaurant to get ice for drink. He said we don't have ice, machine not working. I talked to reception desk, Even I talk with resort manager about this issue. I surprised that such big five star resort don't have ice for their guest even 1 star hotel also available ice all the time. I arrange by myself from another restaurant which is on beach side belong to the same resort. The resort manager didn't arrange ice from there, So here I experienced worst hospitality. While check out Resort staff picked our 3 baggage from room, but dropped only 2 baggage's to my car. I don't know what his intention was. After few hours we got call from resort for my bag. But we reached our destination. They didn't call immediately after leaving resort, I talk with RM to arrange my baggage through courier to my resident in Mumbai. But he refused, I cant recommend to friends & family.

Blue Ocean Resort has been built beautifully keeping in mind all age of customer that visit them.”
Property is beautifully located and well maintained. There is something for every age of person. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgable about local places. Only drawback is there restaurants as they don’t have local menu.

Pros : Well maintained beautiful Resort Cons : Food service was poor breakfast would never be laid, had to ask the staff to refill every item on the menu including sugar sachets. Aa la carte menu and drink used to arrive an hour late after the order was taken.. the catering services needs to be managed properly.
Fantastic Location - away from the maddening crowd”
The location of Blue Ocean Resort was absolutely stunning. With a small wooded hill as the backdrop and the ocean across the street (the resort had direct access to one of the best white sand beaches that I had visited in India and a few outside of India too) - the location was absolutely perfect. The property had villas and hotel style rooms (we had the rooms as the villas were sold out). The property was well maintained - with beautiful landscaping. The rooms were adequate and functional. The food in the property was not great - breakfast was ok and we stepped out for lunch. But the dinner was below average. The service was average - we did not get WIFI access for the entire 3 days(although the property claimed it was a BSNL issue and not theirs). Whatever. In fact, this was good that we got cut off from the real world. But this drove our kids crazy! We would rate Blue ocean resort at best a 4 star and was quite expensive. Overall we had a very relaxing time.

Food extremely expensive . NO GOOD MENU ... Only Bog property .NO WIFI ., BASIC FACILITIES LIKE TOILETARIES & DOOR MATES , Mirror in room ETC NOT PROVIDED. . Dirty Used hand towels were sent. .
No wifi, no network, rooms close to servant quarters where loud music and love tv volume and loud talk u hear in the room all day and night. Rooms too far from lobby. No buggy ride. Will have to walk uphill. Very tiring. Not for family or holidays.
Excellent Property but Poor Management System and Staff”
The property is amazing and mesmerising. Got private beach view, arranged in pleasant way. What we did not like is Food Quality and Management where I will give negative points if possible. As property is Big they should plan for some inside travel electric cars for the elders and toddlers. Staff need to be trained and planning is bad when we refer to Food. All like to have amazing property which they have but really lack in the food.
