I can highly recommend this accomodation in Koh Tao. Its super clean, modern and has a lovely balcony. It also includes a yummy breakfast. At first we booked for 3 nights and extendet it to 6 nights. I would love to come back!

I really enjoyed my time here and Nitnoi r4ecommended the snorkeling trip which I truly enjoyed. Just a mile or so from Sairee Beach Queen just down the road to the Ban Mae Hat piers.

Great value for money in Mae Had. ”
Overall, can to get better value for money. Good location and immaculately clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were a bit hard but that is common in Thailand. For a room at this price range (about $25/ night) the towels were of exceptional quality- thick and absorbent.

Stayed here for a month in 2017 whilst doing my dive master course and returned to stay again. Place is clean and room is concrete block but fine. Staff is nice and helpful, owner on site everyday. Gave me breakfast. Would recommend it. Right next to the pier and a short walk to Sairee beach. Would stay again.

Perfect rooms, demented chicken ruined stay”
We were offered accommodation here as part of a scuba diving package. It was an upgrade from a hostel and it was definitely worth it. The room was amazing, exactly like in the photos and felt like royalty. However, the hotel is located right next to a main road and you can here the traffic late into the night, it never seems to stop. What is worse, there were roosters in a farm right behind the hotel that were shrieking all night. I'm not joking, it started at 2am and didn't stop until the afternoon the next day....two nights in a row! Ear plugs were no use. If you stay, ask to only stay in the rooms that are above the reception which aren't on the side of the roosters. The loud thumping of music in Koh Phi Phi was relaxing compared to these insane roosters. The staff were lovely though and complementary crossants and juice were given at breakfast time.

Clean and Spacious”
Was a nice stay overall. 10min walk to pier. Their new location is behind the actual address but no issue locating with the notice on the door. Dive and massage shops jus at the back of hotel. We were on the 3/F, not much of view but room is spacious and clean. They do not provide hot water (drinking) in the room but they will bring if u request. Tv programs was additional +. Mozzie is everywhere in Ko Tao but with a spray and coil,it works. Breakfast is a small fare of toast, beverage and a waffle. Just one small point that this is a family-run business and the reception is close at night. Will be helpful if there is a notice pasted on the closed door on how to contact in case of emergency. Must try: - Yang Restaurant Thai food. - Chicken, bacon wrap in Coconut Monkey. Lovely! - Many lovely restaurants by the beach before Sairee.

Modern clean far from beach”
Good stay, nice room, modern and clean. Its an okay location. Close to many restaurants and shops but also close to a main road so a bit of traffic noise. And also a bit far from sairee beach. But really nice stay !
