staff were great, all are friendly, supportive and helpful, also, the aqua, pool and sea were nice, the fishing was nice the kids enjoyed it so much.
The furniture were too much for the room creating small space to move and there is no microwave so heating food with a little bit hard.

The pool area is everywhere &quot;its your choice where you wanted to swim 😍&quot;, all the view was nice, its relaxing.
The ocean No WARNING SIGNS nice but rocky&#47;slippery and dangerous to swim lot of sea urchins and jellyfish. Regarding the pool  foreigners need to wear SWIMCAP Lifeguard always tell us. The chalet were staying: Beautiful and comfy but somes not working like,no light in the main room, there&#39;s a tV and electricfan but not working. Most of plug not working. We complained until the last minute but no update🙄. To the owner: check your place first before accepting costumers. Bathroom: provide RAGS, water always come out when taking showers..

The apartment was close to the beach and the kids area.
The pictures for the room has nothing to do with the reality!! We waited for 3 hours to check in. I had to move between 3 apartments to get a good one. The apartment was very dirty. One of the A&#47;C wasn&#39;t working.

We tried to make the best of it, but I doubt we will ever stay at Blue Bay Asia again.”

The food at the restaurant was great.
When we booked the room online, we booked it for $55 US. We ended up paying over $70 because we are not Egyptian even though we live and work in Cairo. At reception, we waited for more than 20 minutes for housekeeping to come and take us to our apartment. The room was not cleaned properly. The sheets were stained, and the whole apartment needed some scrubbing. We called reception and housekeeping came, but they did not do a very good job cleaning the place. There were no towels in the room, or beach, no complimentary water to drink. The electricity wasn&#39;t working in the washroom. The beach was littered with garbage, and there were garbage bags floating in the sea. See, I wouldn&#39;t mind paying the extra tourist fee, but not for such a dirty place.
