failed time share campground concept”
lodge unfinished, food mediocre at best, relatively expensive, seemed to be a sales pitch to buy into a campground, indoor pool unfinished middle of nowhere
Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
beautiful grounds; good location; clean rooms; home-like feel
great location with much to do”
My stay included visits to the homes of Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe. We ate at and toured Michie Tavern. The southern buffet is highly recommended. We loved the horse farms and even visited the University of Virginia during a football game. The area is also well known for growing grapes and there are tours to all the vineyards.
Nice location convienient to historic Williamsburg”
We liked our room, ability to get coffee anytime from the lobby, internet access, location within walking distance to historical Williamsburg and some nice restaurants. Staff gave us a boklet about the area and a coupon booklet. we used some coupons at restaurants.
Friendly personnel, clean room but room was small”
We only stayed one night but really enjoyed walking around the resort and seeing all the other options and opportunities there.
