Water (Hot) water or lack of it - problems”
Firstly the general Staff and especially the Lady at the Reception were very friendly. However, Whilst preparing to shower at about 19h00, after a 900km journey from upper Natal, there was NO water in the hot water system and we had to call out the receptionist (from home) to help. She tried in vein to coax the water out, but to no avail. We were eventually transferred to another room. Disappointingly the glaring lack of interest by the Owner\Manager or the absence of an apology\comment from them for this inconvenience, it was almost as if it was a regular occurrence to them and did not need any reaction from them, is unacceptable.

Housekeeping does not exist. Cleaning only happens once week. Daily washing of utensils and emptying of bins non existent

We endure to make sure that all guests has a pleasant stay, we notify everyone on check in that we do not service the rooms only if a guest stay 5 days or more Upon arrival we also communicate with our guests that should they need anything, they can feel welcome to contact reception at any time. There should be an email notifying customers that there are more than one guesthouse. update on the maps the address where to check in. Close to the beach The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. for a 3star it is worth it, will be using them again

Good service and nice rooms. The environment is in a nice area with the beach close to the guesthouse. We stayed too short time to have a dinner but the breakfast was good and the eating area nice. We can recommend a stay in this place even if it is outside the city area, which actually is an advantage

Unpleasant stay”
The room sharing was not spacious very tight for the value paid and close to freeway with extensive noise of vehicles passing,sleepless nights. Couldn't watch tv as well, annoying screen display. We had to paid R100 extra for called out fees, fees applicable after 10pm check-in the room was less about 100m from the place to collect the key. Notifying before hand that we will be check- in 15 min before or after 10pm due to flight delay.The only serves that was outstanding was the tidy setup in the breakfast area as well as the breakfast.

The facility was old & in need of upkeep, the entrance to the driveway was waterlogged, our room door was wet & rotting away. The main lodge (reception)was nice but where we lived was a short distance away & rated 1 star on the wall, not 3 star, this is very deceptive as I would not have booked it. The unit is behind the N2 highway & noisy at night, we couldn't rest although on holiday. The people were noisy at night & there seemed to be maintenance taking place at night. Very disappointed & feel your advertising is deceptive, last booking.

Nur als schlichte Übernachtung bei Durchreise geeignet. Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Sehr windig und viel Sand in der Luft. Liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Die Unterkunft befindet sich zwei Querstraßen von der Rezeption entfernt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden abends von einer Religionsgemeinschaft genutzt. Außer Fastfood befindet sich kein Restaurant im Umkreis von 8 km. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Zugang ist durch Tore und Gitter gesichert.
